concrete repair
+ -1 more35+ gallons of water seeped into my home during the recent December deluge in Southern California. The water seeped through the failed moisture barrier between the exterior concrete wall and the foundation. Mr Parker did a fantastic job despite the time constraints (HOA rules & regs) placed on him and completed the project with 3 days to spare.
Description of Work: The foam sealant between the wall and foundation failed. Thad Parker of Parker Construction cleaned all debris from the affected area, sealed it with a concrete patching compound and applied a waterproofing barrier over the concrete patch.
