We hired them to install fire sprinklers during construction, but what followed was a 4-month nightmare. They repeatedly submitted flawed plans to the city, which were rejected each time. Despite our corrections and feedback, they seemed incapable of getting it right. The owner, Roger, was unhelpful and unresponsive, offering only vague excuses and empty promises. We eventually gave up and hired another company, which got the job done in just 4 days. The contrast between the two companies was staggering. The new company's plans and engineering were spot-on, and we received our permit the same day. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay clear of these guys. *Pros: None* *Cons:* -incompetence - poor communication -repeated failures "
