When Bell Brothers came out again, I was told it would cost over $3,000 to fix the issue. For a unit that’s practically brand new, this is outrageous! To make matters worse, the technician suggested I hire another company to do the repairs. Bell Brothers has taken zero responsibility for the faulty product they installed, and now I have oil leaking on my roof, which the technician didn’t even offer to clean up. Despite how new the unit is, Bell Brothers hasn’t offered any discount on the repairs. I should not have to pay over $3,000 for a system that was installed less than three years ago. The invoice states: "Included in Above estimate!! for idiots who can't read." "We obviously didn't use the one you ran for your pool equipment." "The listed below is the itemized cost for whatever "project manager" is to ignorant to recognize from the previous invoice." He also appears to have been confused or just made up cost amounts up because the first itemized invoice sent to me had our electrical work at less than half of the actual cost which I corrected him on in text and then was sent an updated copy with the correct price."
