"It was such a smooth process. Our bathroom looks amazing. The team was very accommodating to last minute changes by us, very transparent in communicating to us on the milestones. Although the manufacturer's installation instructions specify glue-down method (which was the original method we selected, and paid for in the end), Frederick pushed for floating floor installation. The website is very clear on glue-down only for these dimensions, but Frederick has not responded to any communication since December 20. Price of materials+delivery: $3,268.37+$300 Price of installation: $2842.45 Total paid to GC: $6410.82"
