"I wanted to replace carpet with wood-look vinyl in living room, dining room, library and office in my house, but the floors were very uneven. One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"

They provide transparent estimates, and their team of pros for every trade is well versed with building codes, to do the job right the first time with zero issues during inspection. Juan and his team converted our attached 484 square foot garage into a beautiful, energy efficient ADU that “looks like it was always there”! Juan corrected mistakes made by the architect and added upgrades to our foundation required by the county, all with sensible solutions at minimal cost. Juan has attention to detail that will catch small things the average person, including the homeowner, will overlook. He is never satisfied with “just ok”….he aims for and achieves perfection! We actually missed him and his entire crew when the job was finished! They were all very friendly, yet professional in every respect. Don’t trust just anyone with your hard earned money and family home. You NEED a trustworthy leader like Juan, who will give you a fair price for exceptional work.
