Andrew Farias was very professional. He was extremely detailed and finished my ADU right within out agreed price. Andrew was always available to answer any questions and was always very responsive to my emails and texts. He kept me well informed at each phase of my project. The quality of his work was top notch and i feel he went above and beyond. My ADU turned out better than i could have imagined and i would absolutely hire him again. I highly recommend Andrew and Prime Construction .

Andrew and his crew are very accommodating and remodeled 2 homes for me. 1 major remodeling with Kitchen and 2 new baths and the other was a Major remodel with the addition of Master and ADU. Though it cost more than estimated - it was not their fault - with Material cost increases and project demand to repair and upgrade plumb- electrical - roof and more. They work with me to get the projects done and at a price in the budget as well as being very satisfied with the completion. I would recommend them again and again
