They provide transparent estimates, and their team of pros for every trade is well versed with building codes, to do the job right the first time with zero issues during inspection. Juan and his team converted our attached 484 square foot garage into a beautiful, energy efficient ADU that “looks like it was always there”! Juan corrected mistakes made by the architect and added upgrades to our foundation required by the county, all with sensible solutions at minimal cost. Juan has attention to detail that will catch small things the average person, including the homeowner, will overlook. He is never satisfied with “just ok”….he aims for and achieves perfection! We actually missed him and his entire crew when the job was finished! They were all very friendly, yet professional in every respect. Don’t trust just anyone with your hard earned money and family home. You NEED a trustworthy leader like Juan, who will give you a fair price for exceptional work. Don’t trust a company that sends a representative that is only good for pricing at the high end to collect a commission! Cut out the middleman and go direct with Juan. He has my number and knows he can always ask someone to call me for a real life and honest assessment of him, his work and company. A home is never done, and we’re glad to have Juan as “a friend we can trust”, for all future projects. And for the record we did not know him until we awarded our project to Skykine, so that says a lot!!!

Recently completed a 2 bathroom remodel for my parents really old home. There was no high pressure tactics to remodel to something fancy when I was looking for functionality for the remodel. The quote was very detailed so I knew exactly what made up the cost of the remodel (materials, labor and estimation for permits). There were a couple of adjustments made along the way that either I requested or were unforeseeable because of the age of the home. But I was consulted and fully aware of any changes that were going to change the quote and the increases were small and fully approved before made. Workers arrived on time, wore masks and cleaned up after themselves each day before they left. I would recommend Skyline Konstruction and plan to use them again for the next upgrade we plan to make.

The entire project went smoothly. In 7 weeks and three days, my entire kitchen, laundry room, and half bath were completely remodeled. On time and on budget! Juan Munoz (Skyline Konstruction) was very professional and quickly took care of any questions or concerns I had. In addition, he had some great design ideas that took advantage of the space for storage. His crew, especially Gregorio and Marvin, arrived promptly every morning and were very respectful, responsible, and always cleaned up every day before leaving for the day. I am very happy with the results and the entire experience. I am planning on having Skyline Konstruction refresh my living room in the near future.

Five weeks in summer with Juan Munoz of Skyline Konstruction transformed a neglected home to a lovely beautiful house. I and my family love how it all turned out. The project basically entailed demolishing weather beaten wood side coverings & fascia and replaced with stucco, rebuild a balcony, painted the whole exterior, and installed veneer stone in designated areas including the chimney. In the process, I like the following: •Juan being the 3rd or 4th guy on the site closely supervising his guys gave me confidence things are done right. •Juan never dealt with subcontractors so no worries about mechanics lien. • Juan has family-oriented workers who are very respectful, hard-working, leave the site clean daily and have good work ethics. I have not known guys who love and enjoy the work like they do. • Juan is easy to work with and very accessible to resolve issues or concerns. He is professional and I find him friendly but very goal focused. •It is safe to say, they exceeded my expectations. Is there 6 stars to give? I would highly recommend Skyline Konstruction anytime to anyone. It was a pleasure and a blessing to have the opportunity to work with Juan Munoz and his company.

Juan installed a new butcher block countertop for us, he repaired a lot of old plumbing, installed a new lighting fixture. He was always available for consultation. The work was of the highest quality, and finished on time. The charge was far less than other estimates. We're recommending him to all our friends.

I did my homework on this one. After experiencing a nightmare of a kitchen remodel with a handyman non license contractor in the past. My wife & I  decided to do things right this time. Went on Home Advisor & hired Juan(Skyline Konstuction) a license contractor. We remodeled  our kitchen from top to bottom new cabinets, countertops,floor, lighting & new appliances. We expanded  our dining room, added 110sq feet basically a room addiction & bar area . We got 3 different bids for the job. Juan wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. We decided to go with Juan because he has great knowledge & was enthusiastic about taking the job. He listened to our ideas & what we wanted. "Anything is possible" he said. With Juan you get the total package. Designer, consultant & contractor. He has an open mind & great design ideas.  He really knows his stuff. We made some last minute changes from the original design concept & Juan never complained or said no. "It's what you want, You live here" he said. He was always making sure we were happy & content  with the progress. He took care of all the city permits & made sure everything was up to code & ready for inspection. He doesn't have a big fancy construction truck. He's very humble, down to earth & family oriented. He's hands on & was always here at the constitution site. He answered all of our questions in a timely matter. All around a great guy. He says he hires nothing but the best, & it's true. Concrete, framing, roof,electrician, countertops & painter ALL professional. The best of the best. He takes pride in what he does & it shows. His workmanship is meticulous & top quality work. His right hand man Marvin is very good too. Always on time & ready to work. They always cleaned up at the end of each day. They even worked on Saturday & sometimes on Sunday. The job took about 8 weeks to complete. I'm very satisfied with the job Juan & his crew did. I can't say enough. My wife & I are extremely  happy with the end result of our new kitchen/diningroom. We are very grateful with Home Advisor & Skyline Konstuction in a job well done. We've made a great decision & a new friend  in hiring  Juan (Skyline Konstuction).  My next home project is going to do be a bathroom remodel. And Skyline Konstuction is my go-to construction company . Not only does he build kitchen/bathroom. He's "Building a relationship" like he  says. I highly recommend Skyline Konstuction. 5 star company. 100% satisfied!!

My project was to remodel the street-facing side of our house exterior and included (1) Demolition of existing wood and brick structures, (2) Plastering/stuccoing of a significant area on the house exterior and (3) Painting the whole exterior of the house. The demolition was accomplished in less than one day; the plastering/stuccoing required 3 days and the painting required 3 days. Juan Munos, the project leader was great to work with. He was very customer-oriented and went to great lengths to insure that we would be happy with the finished product. His workers were very talented, hardworking and punctual. He used different teams for the demolition, the plastering/stuccoing and the painting phases of the project with specialists in each pertinent area. His team did a great job of keeping the work-site clean and orderly. And very important, his prices were very competitive (we got 3 bids before we made our contractor selection.) I highly recommend Skyline Construction and will use them in the future.

Juan and his crew came on time everyday and did an excellent job and even ahead of schedule. Very professional work and very clean. We hired him to replace our interior doors and they look awesome. We will use the company again for other future projects.

Juan was on-time and on-budget. Also painted a small bathroom and installed an overhead shower fan in addition to the installation of an entry door. Everything looked great... Will use this company again for other projects
