"Everyone's nightmare, home break-in. When I began my search for a trusted contractor, AW Construction was first to respond. Andrew responded within one hour had called me to set up an appointment and we met the next day. When he arrived at my residence he was very professional and his first words were that he was very sorry that we had to experience the violation of our home. He did reassure me that he would get everything back to normal and would make any additional reccomadations. Andrew then began explaining the process and what we needed to expect within the next few days during construction. It did not take AW construction but a few days to complete the job at hand. Upon completion, Andrew and I conducted a walkthrough to ensure all the work to be performed was completed to my satifacation, and that it was. I would defiantly hire AW Construction again and I would highly recommend him for any job needed. LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"

"Italish Remoldling and Custom Cabinets is a great company if you need any remodeling done. They did a complete remodeling of two bathrooms which included taking out a sunken tub and making a walk-in shower in master bathroom and installing a pocket door. In guest bathroom they add a shower to current bath tub. Made all new cabinets for both bathrooms to our expectations. They updated our kitchen cabinets by making new soft close cabinet door fronts and new soft close drawers They installed new doors throughout our house including new front door, garage door, kitchen fire door, all bedrooms, and bathroom doors. Installed new flooring in our living room. Everything turned out beautifully. Every detail we asked from Rodney and his crew, they made it work. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are quick, reliable, a great team of professionals. Rodney is a great source of information. He had lots of connections to other contractors to help complete our remodeling needs. He followed up with outside contractors to make sure the job they were working on was done correctly. If I need anything else done, this company will be my first call."

"We were Purl's customers for years for both our residence and business, including getting regular A/C and heater maintenance and replacing our units. In our home, they missed a leaking condensation line during the service that eventually led to water damage in two neighboring rooms (the water went into the walls and underneath the floors) and thousands of dollars in damage. In our business, they keep changing what is wrong with the unit and coming up with temporary fixes, all the while charging us more and more."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! On August 1st, 2024, I had Lee’s Air, Plumbing, Heating & Roofing come out to inspect my HVAC system. After examining the system, the technician informed me there was a short in the system but was unable to locate it or determine how to fix it. He recommended replacing the entire HVAC system and called his supervisor (Francisco Ramos) to confirm his assessment. The supervisor echoed the same conclusion and provided a quote for their cheapest system at $22,000. As a recipient of financial aid, affording $22,000 was out of the question, even with a payment plan, which would have cost around $200 a month. Despite our financial constraints, the supervisor offered no alternatives and promised to email the quote along with pictures he took in our attic. While we received the quote, the pictures were never sent. We decided to take matters into our own hands. The supervisor mentioned a potentially fried circuit board, but we suspected it might be a blown fuse. After purchasing a pack of fuses for $7 at Home Depot, we replaced the fuse, and our AC started working immediately. It is incredibly disheartening to realize that what was purported to be a $22,000 problem was actually resolved with a $3 fuse. Being charged $99 for a service call only to be pressured into purchasing a new system feels like a scam. We were without AC for three weeks, enduring triple-digit heat with only free-standing units to keep us cool. This experience left us feeling deceived and taken advantage of, particularly as a low-income household. We are extremely angry and intend to report this incident to the BBB. I have seen numerous similar complaints about Lee’s Air, Plumbing, Heating & Roofing, indicating a pattern of trying to sell new units instead of repairing existing ones. This practice is unethical and unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone in need of HVAC repair to seek other companies who genuinely aim to repair your unit instead of pushing for expensive replacements. Lee’s Air, Plumbing, Heating & Roofing has lost a loyal customer due to their shady business practices. Save your $99 and avoid this company at all costs."
