"This is a old house so alot of upgrades were needed. James did an excellent job. He is a Jack of All Trades! I read his other reviews that didn't give him a good rating. James knows better than the customer what needs to be done I know some customers might not like him because he might take longer due to the fact he might be working with an older house and repairs might not go exactly as customer might have thought. Older houses are never plumb and after opening up walls there more than likely will be unexpected damage underneath. James has fired some of his customers if they are difficult to work with. This is more than likely what happened with the two previous reviews. James is much better than what the previous reviews stated. He is trustworthy and works with the customers budget."
