Reza and his crew remodeled two bathrooms and they turned out beautifully. Reza's crew is composed of skilled/expert craftspeople. Reza is very meticulous and detail-oriented, and he made sure that everyone on his crew met his quality standards. I'm very happy with my bathroom remodel.

Reza helped us with renovation of our guest bathroom. He did an awesome job with thorough professionalism and workmanship. Being our first time doing any renovations, Reza made it easy for us by dealing with the city permits and suggesting the right fixtures to suite our needs and budget. Every day we enjoy the fantastic results of our recent kitchen remodel completed by Dolatch Construction! This is our third remodel project since we moved into our home in 1993 and by far the most outstanding success. Reza Pirooz, Dolatch Construction owner, was excellent to work with from the initial estimate through the post-project completion review. He coordinated and led a skilled team of trade professionals who completed all tasks in a highly competent and timely manner. Reza demonstrated a model level of integrity and professionalism in his project management, attention to detail, and critical problem resolution skills in interactions with construction services providers (i.e., Inspectors, Utilities representatives, construction project vendors) and with us as his clients. His recommendations and responsiveness on project activities and materials was cost effective, ethical, and extremely helpful in delivering the overall satisfaction of the final project results. The completion of our project exactly met the timelines Reza proposed and we were impressed with both the daily and final clean-up of our worksite. We experienced the minimum amount of interruption to our home and life during the entire project. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and continue to receive compliments on the appearance and function of this room. The ADU build went great. Reza connected us with the architect and all other businesses we needed in order to get the job done. The 814 sq ft ADU blends in wonderfully. We added a deck, 150 sq ft of fencing, small pavers below the back deck. It went so well we had him update and complete work in the main house & referred to some friends.

Super well! Prompt, efficient, high quality work repaired extensive damage in amazingly short time. Good cost-cutting recommendations by company owner Reza; attention to safety and durability issues in doing deck repair. Repairs included roofing, electrical issues, and repainting, done by special crews whose arrival was prompt and efficient. Highly recommend this company!

FAKE CONTRACTOR!! This feedback is about the planning of my bathroom remodel project that I have worked with Reza Pirooz and his fake company. The project was paid by my home insurance provider and the agent was surprised to see a very expensive bidding from Reza and I agreed with the agent because his price was overcharged than other four biddings. Second, he does not know how to comply the city regulations and codes in order to prepare for the job. I have owned several properties and I worked with countless contractors who naturally know about local regulations BEFORE they start the job. Unfortunately, Reza does not know anything about it and had to depend on the knowledge of other sub-contractors. Lastly, you can get a sense his company is driven by a big profit, rather than providing a positive customer service. He is a sleazy salesman as he also works as a real estate agent while running a construction company. Find a better company that truly cares about your project with a reasonable price and has a proper knowledge in the field.

We worked with Reza who owns Dolatch Construction when our 3 story townhouse flooded earlier this year. He was very prompt with giving us a quote on both time and money. He even worked with us in modifying the quote to be as detailed as possible for insurance. He was super professional and promptly answered any questions we might have. He even worked with us to make sure we stayed within budget. His crew was also great - always on time and very courteous. Due to the coronavirus related shelter-in, our work was on hold for a month or so in between but Reza always stayed in contact and made sure he completed the work once construction was allowed again - taking all required precautions and working with the county on what was allowed. All in all - I would not hesitate again to hire him for any other remodel work and would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a great construction company. They are super easy to work with, very professional, always prompt and most importantly - extremely open and honest in all their dealings.

As I am writing this review, Reza’s team is finishing up a kitchen/living room remodeling project in my house. His team is phenomenally fast and responsive. They showed up every morning at 8:30 AM and worked hard until 5:00 PM and finished the semi-major remodeling in only 11 days. Their work quality is top-notch, while they accept criticism whenever we had a suggestion. Reza, the owner, is super-experienced with construction since he has spent large chunk of his career in construction business. He pays a lot of attention to details and leads his team in such a way to finish the project with high quality. I strongly recommend Dolatch Construction Inc for construction/remodeling business.
