"Hired to replace a failed AC unit. They only installed new units where they also sealed the ductwork, which added around $2500 to price. Their bid was the highest we received, but seemed like the quality/effort they put into it would be worth it. Just over two years later, however, the unit is leaking, and when I called, they said it was out of warranty and to "have just any other company go and fix it". I was shocked. We paid a premium, expected better service, frankly. Andrew is a great sales person, a bit high pressure, but it's obviously effective: I bit. He pitches a purportedly superior product and better installation. However, had I gone with a cheaper alternative (saving $6k-9k), that would've easily covered any repairs from another provider. Simply too much money and overrated for what you actually get. After installation of the new unit, I did not see any savings on my monthly utility bill over time."

I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
