Handy House Cleaning

I was very happy and in fact I gave them $50 tip because it was a wonderful job. They resolved the problems to my satisfaction.

They did not show up or respond to Any calls or messages

I felt like she did nof do a good job

First time using this company and I want them on a regular basis. Wanted to meet the person who would be cleaning my home on a regular basis and they sent someone who only does weekends and I need them during the week. My home was cleaned very nicely and I was very happy with the job but she won't be the one doing it in a regular basis. We will try again though.

I scheduled with them three days in advance, and an hour before they were supposed to show, they canceled. I had houseguests coming so I scrambled to book another time that would work, and did. Again, an hour before they were supposed to show, they canceled. It never got done. Do not recommend.

Never heard from them. Doesn't matter since I went back to my former cleaner.

It did not go as I had hoped. The young man arrived and was pleasant to deal with. He seamed to get to work right away, and was very quick. I should have suspected that would be a less than satisfactory cleaning. Upon first inspection it seemed ok and he left. Later on my realtor started pointing out areas that were still dirty and uncleaned. I had paid for oven cleaning, it was not cleaned, still had grease spatters inside. The glass was all that was wiped. Top of the refrigerator was still covered in dust, as was a kitchen bartop. Closet shelves were untouched and dusty. Baseboards did not get wiped. Sinks had some residue in them. Granted I should have done a better inspection before turning letting the housekeeper go but I didn't. Not a great value for my money, I have had better experiences with other cleaning services listed on here. I do not recommend Handy House Cleaning based on my experiences.

Company should up for 1st appointment on time (1 day later than scheduled after cancelling last minute). Second appointment also cancelled at last minute. We are busy professionals who have limited time to be at home waiting for cleaning services to show up. Billed & paid in advance. No sign of a refund as yet (2 days later).

The apartment was thoroughly cleaned to my satisfaction.

I don't like it. They have no communication and change providers with no notice. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service.

It was fine, all have been fine. It was confusing initially, but they substituted the handyman and it turned out okay.

I started off with a wonderful person, since they are no longer available, I've not had the quality of service. The new person was late, the quality wasn't different. They came again and it's not improved. Details were missed that the first lady didn't.

The cleaning service is great. The app wasn't as user friendly when I first signed up but resolved.

The app is easy to use. It is as its name states; handy. I've used their services for handyman work as well. Everyone that comes is really pleasant and they do a good job.

Sometimes I wish it was more of a deep houseclean but the service is convenient.

I booked and paid upfront, received the discount. Then they didn't provide the discount, they charged me each time. Handy never showed one time and I had to fight it with my credit card. First cleaning was fine, then they started charging me additionally, very confusion not a good experience.
