"I've been using this company off and on for several years. They aren't the least expensive, but I'll tell you, they are the best! I have a vacation rental and a sump pump...not a good combination. Last night, the guest reported sewage backing into the shower and bathtub. I got in touch with Beverly at 8 a.m., and she had someone at the house by 9:30. However some of the work completed was unnecessary and really expensive. I asked ahead of time to be provided with an estimate and they didn't comply. My basement includes a living room, and 1 bedroom. The water damage was located in one area yet they removed ALL doors, 10 to be exact, 2 feet of drywall, baseboards, carpet, and a porcelain sink! The doors didn't withstand water damage yet they were removed. When I asked the technician about the door and sink removal his response was, "the insurance will pay for the replacement." They charged my insurance 16,000 dollars! Please don't go with this company unless they provide you with a quote before they start the work. "

They were very accomidating with their schedule. They installed 3 large doggy doors, Assembled and installed 3 large outdoor kennels and 3 large indoor kennels. We were very pleased with how they all turned out. They were sure to understand exactly what we needed and where to place everything. They made some suggestions on the installations to ensure we had what was needed for the dogs and functionality. They were genuinely concerned for what would be best for the dogs. We definitely plan to hire them again for any of our other future projects."
