Description of Work: They check my entire exterior for any signs of insect activity - they spray the perimeter and provide a report of what they found. I also contract with them to do a quarterly check for termite activity.

Description of Work: We have a multi-year contract with Terminix. They sometimes schedule appointments without asking ahead of time, which I don't like. I tend to be on the look for termites all the time and so usually I know what's going on in our house. Their "house evaluations" are rather cursory. When we were doing renovations I asked them to come in and treat an area where we had a problem earlier; this proactive approach has been successful so far. We have also used the "other" big termite company; they seem about the same in my experience.

Description of Work: I sometimes have difficulty with scheduling because an automatic date comes in the mail from the national company, and then I have to often reschedule with the local provider. Other than that, I have them come annually and check for termites, and if problems the coverage for any repair needs is provided. No problems to date and have had the service for ~9 years.

Description of Work: Terminix has been my pest service provider for about 15 years. They spray |the exterior of my home every three months. I have never needed interior |spraying because Terminix is to effective I've never had bugs, spiders, or |pest of any kind.

Description of Work: Number 1-It was difficult to get follow up to receive the quote. |Number 2-First service call resulted in placing a rat trap in side yard. Within first couple of days a Pack Rat was trapped. Terminix had said they would be back to check traps but they have not been out in over 7 weeks. Terminix is not aware that Property Manager was forced to dispose of the Rat after a week. Consequently setting new or additional traps has not occurred and rodent problem is now larger than before.
