Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. "They were everything and more than what I expected coming to install my windows on one of the coldest days. They put p;astic on the inside which kept most of the cold out! They were very professional at their job, telling me very step that they were doing. They did a great install of the two bay windows which came out as 4 pieces and went in as 1. Clean up was completed by them and it was a great job, moved furniture abck and took off the plastic that they had covered them with, hung back the drapes and made sure everything was done to my satisfation before they left."
