Among other things, the company mixed up our two shipments, though they had been separated and noted by the estimator and then by the movers at pick up. After delivery, the staff did not always return emails or phone calls. The damage claim, although paid in full with no argument, was delayed several weeks after the promised date."

Then he bills me $1,300 to get my stuff to payson. Then he charges me another $300 to unload my stuff. Costing me $2,800. He should have been honest upfront."

"They packed the truck for us in no time at all. Very friendly and I enjoyed the service. They made everything so much easier. However upon arrival to our destination, there were a few broken items. An antique jewelry box ( all of my jewelry was on the bottom of the truck. I still can’t find a few of my rings. ) Scratched my fireplace. Cracked one of my TVs. They are very friendly and I didn’t want to even write this. I just think they need to slow down a bit and treat others property like it’s their own. The jewelry box is from a dear friend whom has since passed away. It just breaks my heart."

"Received quote and paid $2429.90 deposit. 1 week before scheduled pickup, they called and re-assessed the number of items in the house and bumped up the estimate by $4149. I cancelled the service because I had donated 25% of my house to charity and there were less items to move. However, they did not return my deposit of $2429.90 because they said that I did not cancel in time. They have pulled the bait and switch routine on others (B&B complaints). I would not advise anyone to use them for your moving services !!"
