+ 0 moreGood at first, then terrible. The estimator and packing crew were fine; then our move was, in our opinion, mishandled on several levels that caused us time, money, and much aggravation. Among other things, the company mixed up our two shipments, though they had been separated and noted by the estimator and then by the movers at pick up. This resulted in additional costs to us that could have been avoided because the two lots were not separately weighed and thus weights were almost certainly over estimated. After delivery, the staff did not always return emails or phone calls. The damage claim, although paid in full with no argument, was delayed several weeks after the promised date.

Description of Work: Charged me 3 times the estimate and said that I added items to the move. I did add some packing and was willing to pay extra for that but did not add items and should not have been charged 3 times the estimate. They also broke our desk and chest and said I didn't fill out the correct form even though I noted it on their movers sign-off sheet as the movers instructed me to do. They still refuse to fix the items.

Description of Work: Estimates were received in July and early August 2011. Packing was done on September 28th and 29th. Driver loaded on 29th and 30th from Storage and from home. Driver had to delay delivery by 7 days due to new home availability. Deliver completed on October 15th. Great service and we were kept in the loop by either the office or the driver. All promises were met and kept, price quoted was final price. Recommend highly.

+ -1 moreThe movers, Chris and Greg, came at 8:00. as promised, and very carefully wrapped, packed, and moved everything from art works to heavy furniture. They plugged in all devices, such as TV sets, washer and dryer, so that everthing in our new home was ready to go.
Description of Work: Chris and Greg, of Daniel's Moving, moved our household goods from Surprise AZ to Scottsdale AZ, about one hour's drive. They were exceptionally professional, courteous, and helpful -- the best moving experience we have ever had. They took particular care of our fragile, delicate art ware etc, so that we suffered no losses or damage whatsoever. Their charges were around $500 less than the competitive bidder. + -1 moreThe work(moving) was done in a professional manner, but the estimated cost was 50% of the actual cost for the move. I was very disappointed, and I called the owner and was told that he was out, but would return my message from his voicemail. It has been nearly two weeks and no answer! I would never use this company again!
Description of Work: Moved furniture from a two bedroom condo(large pieces, we made five car trips moving small items). To a house in fountain Hills.
