They had to first remove the old concrete and rebar, spread sand evenly, install the pavers, and put sand in the cracks. Everything looked beautiful when they finished and they cleaned up the area very well. Mario is a very skilled craftsman who oversees the work and also does some of it himself. He has taught his crew how to do the work and requires the same dedication and professionalism from them that he models. Advertising that he can tile a shower but does not employ a tile layer. Gives you deadlines that work will be completed and does not meet them. Tells you he will be at your house and never shows up. Sends his crew 2 days out of every 7. Ask's for 60% down payment and then will ask for more money before job is completed. Told me multiple times that he was bringing counter tops from Tucson then would show up empty handed, then told me the company has stopped returning his phone calls. His crew does sloppy work however he never checks on them from day to day. 3 months my side yard was left a huge mess; cigarette butts dropped by his crew, cut tile, wet cement, dry wall leaning against my house, tools, trash. Had to completely rip out the first shower that was built because of sloppy workmanship and leaking floor. Save yourself nightmares and headaches....DONT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! He is dishonest, does not meet deadlines, his workmanship is below standard. ROC, BBB had to get involved for resolutions."
