+ 0 moreMario and his crew were very hard working, punctual, professional, and attentive to detail. They had to first remove the old concrete and rebar, spread sand evenly, install the pavers, and put sand in the cracks. Everything looked beautiful when they finished and they cleaned up the area very well. Mario is a very skilled craftsman who oversees the work and also does some of it himself. He has taught his crew how to do the work and requires the same dedication and professionalism from them that he models. He will show you pictures of completed jobs and help you choose the best colors for your house. You will not be disappointed.
Description of Work: We hired Mario and Mario to lay pavers in two driveways on either side of our house.

Not good.. No work done and still waiting for my deposit to be returned.
Description of Work: I called Mario to come and bid on some cement work; gave him #3500 deposit. Called him the next day to cancel the job. Still waiting for get my deposit back after 2 months. Keeps giving excuses for not giving he money back, His office manage has not hon up when she says she will with the money.

The work was done properly. However the cost was very high in my opinion. Three workers showed up at 7:00AM and completed the job at 2:00 PM. That is a total of twenty-one man hours of work. Materials cost between $200 and $300 leaving a total of $2,700 for labor. Thus the cost per man/hour was $129.00. That seems high to me for this type of labor. If you don't mind paying that much for this type of work that is fine. However, I think you might be able to get the same quality work for quite a bit less
Description of Work: The irrigation system needed to be repaired. Main lines needed to be buried, pressure regulators needed to be installed, and new adjustable emitters replaced old emitters.
