4 MONTHS LATER AND MY SHOWER IS STILL NOT DONE! How long does it take to build a shower??? Has 3 different names for his business. Advertising that he can tile a shower but does not employ a tile layer. Gives you deadlines that work will be completed and does not meet them. Tells you he will be at your house and never shows up. Sends his crew 2 days out of every 7. Ask's for 60% down payment and then will ask for more money before job is completed. Told me multiple times that he was bringing counter tops from Tucson then would show up empty handed, then told me the company has stopped returning his phone calls. His crew does sloppy work however he never checks on them from day to day. 3 months my side yard was left a huge mess; cigarette butts dropped by his crew, cut tile, wet cement, dry wall leaning against my house, tools, trash. Had to completely rip out the first shower that was built because of sloppy workmanship and leaking floor. Save yourself nightmares and headaches....DONT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! He is dishonest, does not meet deadlines, his workmanship is below standard. ROC, BBB had to get involved for resolutions.

He redid my linen closet, my bedroom closet, laid floors and had cabinetry made and installed, but nothing else has been completed. This experience hasn't went well, I'm really disappointed. When I first signed up with him, he told me it would be done by April as I requested. It's still incomplete, there's always some excuse. He wouldn't call to tell me he wasn't coming. He went three weeks and only worked one day - most of the time it would only be two to three times a week. There are issues with the tile work that has been done and I told him I want it done right, but he doesn't seem to care.

It is looking good. I think it would work very well. He knows our time frame and we have to get it done in the middle in September. The y started fast and took a little bit of a break with all the rain. We're working to an entirely different job. They go fast when they can, and it looks like very decent work.

He's been very professional, helpful in every way, and he's working it through as we go along with the project. He's the kind of person that will try to find a way to help the customer as much as possible. He's very helpful, supportive, and professional. I would highly recommend him for any remodeling project.
