He cleaned up the nests, helped me return the box, ID'd the rat as a young male and reassured me that he was likely a loner. I wanted to settle up, he refused, said he had only spent 10 minutes, but of course said that if there was further problems requiring setup of traps, mon itering,etc they would have to charge. would accept NO money. Very professional!!"

We are licensed thru the Arizona Game and Fish Department to handle all of the wildlife found in our area. -We also can perform exclusion on your yard to prevent snakes from getting into your yard. -We can train your dog to stay away from rattlesnakes and the toxic Sonoran toads found in our area.

"From the moment Shawn stepped into my home to begin work, I couldn't have been more pleased. He is the consummate professional, knows his way around just about everything as far as I could see, and he is a very hard-worker. I had no idea how amazing everything could look until I saw it completed and, even then, I was stunned at the beauty he wrought from what was there previously. He gutted my bathroom removing an old garden tub (useless item!) my old shower and all the cabinets, hardware, etc. He built me a gorgeous tiled shower and used the space where the old shower was to give me a linen closet to die for! The bedroom was fairly easy as I only needed new flooring, wall texture, and painting but he also enlarged my closet doorway to standard size. I've provided before/after pics of the bathroom for reference."
