AIR EXPRESS HEATING & COOLING

Wonderful service! As usual, Trent and his serviceman spent a good deal of time inspecting the AC unit and identifying the problem. He explained the situation and gave us options as to try to repair or replace the motor. We opted to replace to avoid another outage in the hot Arizona summer. He then took extra time to locate the exact part we needed, drove to pick it up himself and returned to install. He got it running quickly and then stayed to monitor and make sure everything was cycling properly and the house was cooling. He only charged for a service call, despite the fact that they had spent several hours overall from arrival to a "cool home" departure. We have used his services in the past at our prior home. We trust him and his people completely and know that they do excellent work at very reasonable prices. A true professional! We recommend him highly and would not consider using anyone else for AC.
