"I've been using this company off and on for several years. They aren't the least expensive, but I'll tell you, they are the best! I have a vacation rental and a sump pump...not a good combination. Last night, the guest reported sewage backing into the shower and bathtub. I got in touch with Beverly at 8 a.m., and she had someone at the house by 9:30. My basement includes a living room, and 1 bedroom. The water damage was located in one area yet they removed ALL doors, 10 to be exact, 2 feet of drywall, baseboards, carpet, and a porcelain sink! The doors didn't withstand water damage yet they were removed. When I asked the technician about the door and sink removal his response was, "the insurance will pay for the replacement." They charged my insurance 16,000 dollars! Please don't go with this company unless they provide you with a quote before they start the work. "
