"***STAY AWAY*** They should remove the word "Solutions" from their name. That is far from what they provide. I started the process with Arizona Foundation "solutions" back in May of 2021 to fix a retaining wall/foundation. After meeting with the sales person they did let me know that they can proceed with engineering the "solution". After about 30 days I met with the sales person again so he could present the "solution" and take a deposit. I agreed to the option they offered and they stated I would be on the calendar to be completed before December 2021. During the permitting process there were items that came up that were needed from me directly by the county. These items were provided. After these items were provided I had not been contacted by anyone at the company to schedule the repair. At at the same time I was told by the county that Arizona Foundation "Solutions" was needing more engineering from me to complete the job. Obviously this was concerning as I should have heard about this directly from the company I was spending ten's of thousands of dollars with. However it was crickets. After reaching out to the sales person by call, text, email with no response before the holidays, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until after the holidays and tried again with no avail. I then was put in contact with the "Area Sales Manager" whom after a week reviewed everything and let me now that the project they had in their hands for 7-8 months now was unfortunately out of scope for their company to complete and said they would be refunding me my deposit. I questioned how was this job reviewed and drawn out by an engineer and yet its somehow not able to be completed by them? Another week went by and the same manager contacting me and let me know that the owner reviewed and said they would solve this and get the job completed. I mistrustfully agreed for them to continue. After waiting another 2 weeks with no communication, I reached back out only to find out they were wrong and actually could not come up with a "solution" and would be refunding me my deposit (again). I waited another 2 weeks for my check to come in the mail and then called again to now find out they sent the check to a wrong address and would need to cancel that check and send out another. I asked for them overnight the check for my inconvenience and the refused to as this was an "additional cost that had to be approved". Throughout the most recent 2 months I tried to get the owners (Bob Brown) attention by phone/email to discuss my entire situation and was told he was in "meetings" 10/10 times I called. I was FINALLY able to get him to call back once I called every hour on the hour same day. As I expressed to the owner, the incompetency and ignorance starts at the top at his company. Not only was the communication poor at best during my dealings, the fact that an apologize nor any remorse was expressed on how my customer service experience was. A few key items to any contracting/construction work is setting expectations, communication, and follow through. NONE of which was provided by Arizona Foundation "Solutions". This type of work is extremely costly and any company completing it should be handling their customers with at least some respect while they spend a price of a new car or part of a college tuition on."

"I've been using this company off and on for several years. They aren't the least expensive, but I'll tell you, they are the best! I have a vacation rental and a sump pump...not a good combination. Last night, the guest reported sewage backing into the shower and bathtub. I got in touch with Beverly at 8 a.m., and she had someone at the house by 9:30. Beverly has always taken my calls these past few years, and she feels like a family member who is there to help. She is always helpful and talks me off a ledge when I'm stressed about a plumbing issue. Thank you, Beverly! "Bait and switch. I obtained multiple quotes for my foundation. Dalinghaus Construction quoted me 19 piers to stabilize my home. I questioned why their competitors were quoting me over 30 piers, and they reassured me I was being over-quoted by their competitors. Long story short, I went with Dalinghaus. During construction, a rep (David F) came by to drop off some tools and found that 19 piers would not be enough. They said I needed 14 more piers (totaling 33 same as their competitors). I am stuck because I cannot leave my home half stabilized. No other reputable company would complete the job if another company started it. I was obligated to move forward with Dalinghaus. No one called to apologize for the misstep. They invoiced me and could care less how much this would affect my family. They proceeded to install14 more piers but left 14 large holes they said backfilling was not part of the scope of work, while the original 19 were backfilled. Insanely strange why they think I wanted 14 large holes at my home. So this is where they gave me a discount. They backfilled the holes for free. Free? It should be included in the work. All in all, why do I have to pay for a mistake of this magnitude? I have tried to work it out with them peacefully but they have not provided me with anything that would make this right. Only excuses why they should not compensate me. They have no integrity. They only care about their reputation at this point (they want my BBB review taken down). I would like to be compensated for the 14 additional piers that were missed from the original quote. 14 additional piers is a completely new job, not an â new work order. They are professionals and should have done a more thorough assessment to provide me with an accurate quote. Their competitors seemed to have done so but I was sadly duped by Dalinghaus. They baited me in and switched the price after the work started. $38k is a lot to lose. I have 2 small children and a home that needs to be completed. Ps. I have been waiting on a resolution for over 2 months now."

They were very accomidating with their schedule. They installed 3 large doggy doors, Assembled and installed 3 large outdoor kennels and 3 large indoor kennels. We are an up and coming Home Remodeling company specializing in HVAC, Replacement Windows, Baths, and so much more. I welcome you to send an email or give us a call anytime. We are very flexible with scheduling and have installers and salesman with over 25 years of experiencing.

"We had accidentally broken a window while doing some remodeling in our kitchen and called RemodAz and a couple other window companies for competitive bids. We ended up signing a contract in October 2020 as we were told by the sales guy they would only take 6-8 weeks to get the job done, and they could do it faster than the others, because if we order now he can get the windows in as part of a large order for a local builder. At the end of December – with no communication other than me constantly inquiring where my windows are, they said they are having sourcing issues due to covid and could not give me an update, but could get me more information the next week after a call with the manufacturer, which I still didn’t get a call and was told it was my fault for not understanding that “next week” isn’t “next week” – it was the week after next week. Since we were adding a large sliding door and we had tile removed, we could not finish flooring until the door was in, so we had to keep deferring that install because we couldn’t get RemodAz to commit. Finally, towards the end of January they were out to install and man what a mess that was. Replacing 5 windows in the kitchen with two side windows and a plate glass window; replacing a window and a sliding glass door with a double slider; and then two windows in the front of the house. All with all aluminum frames, new windows and doors which is great because this matches the rest of the house. The door installation required a new header and some wire re-routing, and they wanted to just tie new wires with the old in the wall cavity which is not legal. I made them put a junction box in and I don’t think the way they crammed 8 wires into a double gang box was legal either but oh well. The new header goes in, and the opening is incorrectly sized for the door and it’s also sticking out a full inch on the left side into the room. 1 inch past the interior drywall and it’s clearly at an angle. They called a drywall guy out to patch the walls and he just laughed and left. They end up shaving the header down and just crumpled up some insulation and stuffed it in holes vs actually putting it into the wall cavity completely. I ended up redoing the insulation myself, oh and also had to supply the insulation and most of the wood myself along with quite a few tools. They ended up having an electrician come out to wire the new switches, and this was before the drywall went on, so the next set of drywall crew cuts new drywall around the switches (not the box) which made a 1/2 inch gap around the box. When I went to install the faceplate, it was impossible. I had to cut the drywall out from around the switch and redo it properly as well. They spent about 5 days out here to install 5 windows and 1 door. The fit and finish on the aluminum is really bad. There are paint issues and gaps in the frame, and the windows and slider are really hard to operate. I checked for plumb and the slider and a couple of windows are tweaked which, well, makes them really hard to open and close. They also broke one of the windows while installing it and told me they ordered a replacement at the same time. This is the replacement of the window that I broke - causing the whole window replacement thing to happen in the first place. Then nothing from them for about a month. They finally coordinated to have someone from the manufacturer come out who also confirmed that the windows were incorrectly installed and out of plumb – but he sprayed some silicone and called it good (which really didn’t help). He did nothing with the broken glass or the sliding door which has major paint defects and is poorly built and installed. Then nothing again until May. That’s when the fun really started. I get a call from Anna saying the manufacturer no longer sells aluminum frames (5 months AFTER the replacement window was “ordered”) and asked me if they could just replace the defective windows with vinyl, which I said if that were the case, they would need to replace all the windows with vinyl, so it wasn’t a mismatch in the same room at least. She didn’t say anything other than she was just the messenger, to which I told her I would like to talk to someone who can actually make decisions and speak for what the company is doing. We are dealing with fair amount of money in windows here, so I expect good quality and consistency, not windows and door that mismatched and hard to open. Then nothing again for another month. I finally got a text on the 10th letting me know Tammy was coming out with the glass guy, and it was confirmed between 10-1 on the 16th of June. June 16th comes and goes. No one comes out - and we are home all day, so this wasn’t a missed connection. This was no call no show from them. Well, fast forward to today (June 22nd). I get another text from Anna threatening to take me to court over not being able to complete the work. This is 9 MONTHS after I chose them, after they said they ordered the defective windows to replace the junk they installed, coming back 6 months afterwards saying they can’t get them anymore, saying they will come out with the guy from the glass company and then not show up. At this point I haven’t been able to finish inside around the broken windows and I would like to finish putting my house back together - I can’t keep waiting for the messenger to figure out the next delay tactic and am being forced to find another company to fix their mistakes. I reiterated to the threatening text that I need someone who can actually make decisions to contact me (now via text ONLY since everything will have to be in writing going forward). It’s been 5 hours and still nothing – maybe I can provide an update here in another month? If you chose this company – this is what you will get. Crappy service, horrible product and threats. And the window that started this all, even having been replaced, IS STILL BROKEN! Good luck!"

We ended up signing a contract in October 2020 as we were told by the sales guy they would only take 6-8 weeks to get the job done, and they could do it faster than the others, because if we order now he can get the windows in as part of a large order for a local builder. At the end of December – with no communication other than me constantly inquiring where my windows are, they said they are having sourcing issues due to covid and could not give me an update, but could get me more information the next week after a call with the manufacturer, which I still didn’t get a call and was told it was my fault for not understanding that “next week” isn’t “next week” – it was the week after next week. Since we were adding a large sliding door and we had tile removed, we could not finish flooring until the door was in, so we had to keep deferring that install because we couldn’t get RemodAz to commit. Finally, towards the end of January they were out to install and man what a mess that was. Replacing 5 windows in the kitchen with two side windows and a plate glass window; replacing a window and a sliding glass door with a double slider; and then two windows in the front of the house. All with all aluminum frames, new windows and doors which is great because this matches the rest of the house. The door installation required a new header and some wire re-routing, and they wanted to just tie new wires with the old in the wall cavity which is not legal. I made them put a junction box in and I don’t think the way they crammed 8 wires into a double gang box was legal either but oh well. The new header goes in, and the opening is incorrectly sized for the door and it’s also sticking out a full inch on the left side into the room. 1 inch past the interior drywall and it’s clearly at an angle. They called a drywall guy out to patch the walls and he just laughed and left. They end up shaving the header down and just crumpled up some insulation and stuffed it in holes vs actually putting it into the wall cavity completely. I ended up redoing the insulation myself, oh and also had to supply the insulation and most of the wood myself along with quite a few tools. They ended up having an electrician come out to wire the new switches, and this was before the drywall went on, so the next set of drywall crew cuts new drywall around the switches (not the box) which made a 1/2 inch gap around the box. When I went to install the faceplate, it was impossible. I had to cut the drywall out from around the switch and redo it properly as well. They spent about 5 days out here to install 5 windows and 1 door. The fit and finish on the aluminum is really bad. There are paint issues and gaps in the frame, and the windows and slider are really hard to operate. I checked for plumb and the slider and a couple of windows are tweaked which, well, makes them really hard to open and close. They also broke one of the windows while installing it and told me they ordered a replacement at the same time. This is the replacement of the window that I broke - causing the whole window replacement thing to happen in the first place. Then nothing from them for about a month. They finally coordinated to have someone from the manufacturer come out who also confirmed that the windows were incorrectly installed and out of plumb – but he sprayed some silicone and called it good (which really didn’t help). He did nothing with the broken glass or the sliding door which has major paint defects and is poorly built and installed. Then nothing again until May. That’s when the fun really started. I get a call from Anna saying the manufacturer no longer sells aluminum frames (5 months AFTER the replacement window was “ordered”) and asked me if they could just replace the defective windows with vinyl, which I said if that were the case, they would need to replace all the windows with vinyl, so it wasn’t a mismatch in the same room at least. She didn’t say anything other than she was just the messenger, to which I told her I would like to talk to someone who can actually make decisions and speak for what the company is doing. We are dealing with fair amount of money in windows here, so I expect good quality and consistency, not windows and door that mismatched and hard to open. Then nothing again for another month. I finally got a text on the 10th letting me know Tammy was coming out with the glass guy, and it was confirmed between 10-1 on the 16th of June. June 16th comes and goes. No one comes out - and we are home all day, so this wasn’t a missed connection. This was no call no show from them. Well, fast forward to today (June 22nd). I get another text from Anna threatening to take me to court over not being able to complete the work. This is 9 MONTHS after I chose them, after they said they ordered the defective windows to replace the junk they installed, coming back 6 months afterwards saying they can’t get them anymore, saying they will come out with the guy from the glass company and then not show up. At this point I haven’t been able to finish inside around the broken windows and I would like to finish putting my house back together - I can’t keep waiting for the messenger to figure out the next delay tactic and am being forced to find another company to fix their mistakes. I reiterated to the threatening text that I need someone who can actually make decisions to contact me (now via text ONLY since everything will have to be in writing going forward). It’s been 5 hours and still nothing – maybe I can provide an update here in another month? If you chose this company – this is what you will get. Crappy service, horrible product and threats. And the window that started this all, even having been replaced, IS STILL BROKEN! Good luck!"
