"They were very accommodating to My time. They called me immediately and arranged to come the next morning on time. The repair man had a challenging time Moving my refrigerator. He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. Their price was fair and they told me toward the end what the cost would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another appliance fixed I would surely call Them refrigerator stopped"

Everything is done to code, and we have yet to have a call back to fix a reoccurring issue. Using a very clear vision, Cooler Tymes believes in the following: Be honest, dependable, reasonable and treat every home as if it were our own. Our affordability also incentivizes our customers from coming back and sending their referrals. We pride ourselves on our speedy responses to calls (after all, living in a state that hits 120 degrees, is there a choice?), and we love to take the time to fully educate our customers on the products and services we provide.
"I both called and texted Cooler Tymes 2 weeks ago to schedule a tune-up/preventative check on my AC unit as my 1-year inspection on my new home was due November 1. I never heard back from them after texting he would look up the kit needed. It's ironic that the owner of Cooler Tymes came out to install an $1125 purification system on my AC, but when it came time to do my maintenance check, he wasn't interested. In the past I've always liked to have a heating & AC check yearly on each system I owned . Given that I was already a former client (10 months ago), he should already have a record of what was needed. He is unfriendly in how converses with clients on the phone and unprofessional with his follow-up ethics."
