"I had a truly abysmal experience with Phenix Fine Painting for the interior paint job on my custom home. The first issue is that they spray the interior walls, which perhaps would have been fine, but the masking job done by the crew was horrendous - there was (and still is) paint overspray all throughout the house. Overspray on my subzero refrigerator, my $2k coffee machine, the wood cabinets, every single solid wood door, my wood ceiling, saltillo tile I had just spent thousands of dollars refinishing, and more. There was also something wrong with their spray gun in which thousands upon thousands of small bubbles were generated in the paint surface on every wall. They attempted to make things right, but after 2 crews in my house an extra 2+ weeks, I just wanted them gone so I could put my house back together. I am still finding locations where they missed fixing the bubbles, or overspray issues, or too thick paint issues. The name "Phoenix Fine Painting" is a complete misnomer."

He and his team were extremely professional, spending literally days prepping the home. As anyone who has had exterior painting done before would know, the success or failure of the job is in the prep. Our stucco finished home had an iron oxide problem in the original metal mesh that supported the stucco, and had a number of "bleed through" areas. James' crew carefully chipped out all the affected areas and then re-stuccoed. It blended perfectly when finished. I have already recommended James Horn painting to my next door neighbor, and they recently had their home done by his team too. I will continue to recommend James and his team to anyone in need of a top-notch, fairly priced paint job."

The job is well done with good quality paint, painters pay attention to details and leave your house perfectly painted and all areas clean. Price is good. I did my homework and got multiple offers for my project, so I am certain I didn’t overpay. I also didn’t want to undercut the offer and after discussing it with Hughie I feel completely comfortable with what I paid. The entire job (painting 2 story house, wall and doors) was completed in 2 days: one day for pressure washing, second day for painting). Painters started this same day I got approval from HOA, were very respectful and professional. The entire process was easy and painless with the results exceeding my expectations. "When I went looking for someone to paint my home, I found it confusing and a bit daunting that there were so many painting companies in Tucson. I picked Arizona Painting Company because of the excellent customer service they brought to the process. They did a complete inspection of my home, pointing out issues that needed to be addressed, then gave me a comparable quote that I decided on over anyone else. The inspector/sales representative then gave me a tentative date to start the project. I was contacted by Arizona Painting Company 2 weeks earlier than the quote date to schedule the complete painting of my home which consisted of the whole exterior including the running board around the eves, the garage door, and the front door.
