Arizona Painting Company

When I went looking for someone to paint my home, I found it confusing and a bit daunting that there were so many painting companies in Tucson. I picked Arizona Painting Company because of the excellent customer service they brought to the process. They did a complete inspection of my home, pointing out issues that needed to be addressed, then gave me a comparable quote that I decided on over anyone else. The inspector/sales representative then gave me a tentative date to start the project. I was contacted by Arizona Painting Company 2 weeks earlier than the quote date to schedule the complete painting of my home which consisted of the whole exterior including the running board around the eves, the garage door, and the front door. They patched all the stucco and holes in the walls and accepted the color choices I gave them since I live in an HOA community. They assigned me an excellent individual to manage the project. Rene Gonzalez texted me every day to let me know when they would be arriving, did all the preparation on the home, and painted my home in less than three (3) days. I am ecstatic about the results. This Company is top-notch. From start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend them for your external and internal painting needs.

Went very well. Had some unexpected difficulties with our porch stability, but the painters were able to work up an effective solution in a short time and were good with communication along the way. Quality of paint job is very good.

The entire project went great, starting with working with our estimator Kyle. The company has a high level of professionalism, which gave us the confidence we were choosing the right painting company for us. Our team of Izzy and Cedric were great--we couldn't be happier with their work, their attention to detail, and the fact they really went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The 16 year old house we purchased with original paint looks new. They did a great job on the stucco repairs, and the clean up afterwards was great. We cannot be happier with the results. We will be telling our neighbors to call--and to make sure they request Izzy and Cedric!

The first crew, led by foreman Javier, to work on this supposed 4 day interior paint project started the project one day later than contractually scheduled. They spent 3 days on the project and were nowhere near completion, the work mediocre at best. Because of a family commitment crew number 1 did not complete the project and were replaced by crew number 2 led by foreman Tim and assistant Todd. Both of these men were highly skilled, very positive, but appalled at the mediocre work performed by crew number 1 which left them in a difficult spot to correct the poor work previously done. However, after two days they completed the project, corrected the poor work previously done, and went out of their way to assure us that they would leave us in excellent shape. This they did! TIM & TODD not only saved the project, but saved the reputation of the company. The company was fully in contact with us and crew 2 during the final stages of the project and met our expectations, although 2 days later than promised with some levels of tension, worry and disappointment. Would I recommend AZ. Painting Company? Yes...they assigned a mediocre crew to the project at first but responded to the challenges with an excellent crew (TIM & TODD) who finished the job and well-represented the company. Would I hire this company again, "only if TIM & TODD DID THE WORK"!!

We contracted with Arizona Painting to paint our entire kitchen. They did an excellent job. The team was professional and easy to work with. Would hire again!

We got off to a rocky start due to arrival times, but the job itself was completed well. The painter and his assistant pressure washed and went over and took care of problem areas that were of great concern, ie cracks in the stucco which mafe me very nervous. They took care of every crack they could see and then took care of the ones I spotted. They also took care not to paint any other surfaces and left the site clean. Thank you Dominique and Tyler for the beautiful job.

We received bids from several other companies. We selected Arizona based on their outstanding work history, a very favorable estimate of the time to complete the project, a thorough explanation of how they would perform the work and an unexpected discounted price. They started work on the day promised and we were immediately impressed with how organized they were. Manny was available by phone and in person. Any issue was addressed immediately and all of the workers were professional and polite. The effort and attention to detail were outstanding. We full expected the painting of ten townhouses to take longer and were quite surprised that the job was completed in only 5 days! We look forward to a bid from them next year for our remaining painting project.

Everything went smoothly just as soon as the weather cleared. Robert & Angel did a fantastic job. Two very personable gentlemen. I had a great rapport with both. They were always on time and were able to complete the job in 2 days. The house turned out perfect. I already received several complements on the finished job.

I have hired AZ Painting twice now. They first painted my whole house, then I had them return after a bathroom remodel. They are very good about honoring their warranty. Keith - who does the estimates, is excellent. Tony was just here to finish some bathroom work as well as some touch ups for the warranty. He was outstanding. Experienced, professional, understanding of an owners needs, and he has an incredible eye for detail!

Francisco and his crew did a great job. Not only did they get the painting of the exterior of my home ahead of schedule and faster than expected but they also took time to check with me on anything that wasn't clearly specified in the work order and quickly took care of any touch ups or concerns I had after the original work. Paint colors and application are to the specification laid out and well applied. Small cracks and wear on the original stucco was also patched/repaired prior to painting. Pricing and warranty beat all the competition I could find as well.

They did a terrible job. It took over a month to finish the project and it was done so badly. We have to go back and fix so many of their mistakes.

At first, after the job was complete, everything looked great, but then over the next few months the paint started peeling. The contract had called for Seal Krete to be used because the estimator feared that the paint would not stick to our siding, but I don't think that was actually done. When I first contacted APC about the problem, the office sent out a touch-up painter. He did a nice job, but he didn't address the root of the problem, and the week after he left we noticed another peeling paint spot. I contacted the office again, and I was told that a project/production manager would contact me. It's now almost a month later, and despite the fact that I contact the office weekly, I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm going to be very annoyed if I have to pay another company to repaint.

Eric did a wonderful job hanging wall paper in our guest bath. The wall paper has a pattern and it all lined up perfectly. I highly recommend Eric!

Excellent service. Worked 8 plus hours ea day. Great job. Worked 5 days in a row except Sun. Very timely. Plan to have them back for additional painting projects.

If you are consider using this company, consider yourself warned. The interior painting and drywall repair that this company did was a nightmare! The painter painted my ceiling WITHOUT covering my white cabinets. The cleanup was awful, leaving drywall compound on the floors and paint in the sink, which the manager came over to clean himself. The drywall repair itself was terrible! They came back twice and still the ceiling looked like it had a glob of drywall compound stuck to the wall, not spread out or sanded properly. After the repair, they rolled paint on the ceiling USING A SMALL ROLLER!!!!! I needed to hire another company to fix the mess they left behind. Even though management is quite professional and more than willing to have painters attempt to correct the problem, the painters are still incapable of making the job look professional.
