Then they went above and beyond, giving free services to ease any inconvenience. We are very pleased. Each tech that came out was VERY hard working, and their mental and physical stamina was very impressive and appreciated. A special thanks to Ramon and David, our final techs, that got the job done. Not only were they here working hard for 12 hours, there was a nice bond between them (laughing/singing/joyful), like they really enjoyed their work. They were polite, pleasant and respectful to us and each other. They lived quite a distance and got here early, leaving late so I want to acknowledge this also. Just great work ethics. Another special thanks goes to Estaban, the team supervisor. He saw all the obstacles of our hard install and coordinated everyone to make it happen. "I've been using this company off and on for several years. They aren't the least expensive, but I'll tell you, they are the best! I have a vacation rental and a sump pump...not a good combination. Last night, the guest reported sewage backing into the shower and bathtub. I got in touch with Beverly at 8 a.m., and she had someone at the house by 9:30. Beverly has always taken my calls these past few years, and she feels like a family member who is there to help. She is always helpful and talks me off a ledge when I'm stressed about a plumbing issue. Thank you, Beverly! Ryan was my service tech, and, like all their staff, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. He informed me about each step and took pictures to show me what the problem was and the resolution. He handled a disgusting job that almost all people would not touch. They resolved my issue, and my current guest was very happy. Thanks for digging out all the grease that prior guests have dumped down the sink. Not a good combo with the sump pump and plumbing. Happy Holidays to all!"
