I just had a new air conditioner installed today by Reddi services. The two technicians, Christian and Harry, were right on time and took less time than estimated to complete the job. Both men were friendly and performed the job with no problems and answered all my questions. I have been doing business with Reddi since they were established in Phoenix and they always do excellent work.

We came home to find the City of Phoenix would not fix our water leak. Not knowing where to turn we remembers Jan Ashford Plumbing and called. They are now with ReddiService and Matt Mattox and Christian came to our rescue only a couple hours after calling. They did a fantastic and professional job and fixed the problem. They told us they would take care of us and they did. Then it came time for the invoice, thinking the worse he said the amount and I couldn’t believe it. It only cost a couple hundred for them to fit it. They really did take care of us and they were careful to try and put the yard back the way they found it. I would and will recommend. This company to anyone. Thank you Matt and Christian

Alex Cruz was my technician today and he thoughtfully listened to the history of my issue and the made a thorough assessment of my AC system, recommended repairs, and completed the work professionally. Ask for Alex!

Excellent service! From the initial call to have a technician come to the house to the actual service, Reddi was very professional and really made me feel valued as a customer. My technician Pepe was professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained the job and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Reddi also came to install my sink and shower/tub fixtures on a Sunday and they didn’t charge me extra. I highly recommend Reddi. You will not feel like they are overpricing you or out to get your money. They are reasonably priced and did an excellent job. I will use them again. If you ever need a plumber, Pepe is the guy! He is trustworthy, honey, and dependable!

With a slow water leak in the wall behind my washer, Reddi Services provided excellent service. I was scheduled for early Sunday,but they called Saturday afternoon when a service tech could come that day. Matt arrived, he was clean, polite and professional. He accessed the problem and discovered an external panel to open to see if he could identify the issue. He quickly summarized he could reach in and repaired the leak by replacing a flex pipe. Matt repaired the problem without damaging the wall. Reddi Service's price was very reasonable and there was no up charge for being on the weekend. I would use them again and recommend them. Walt

PePe with Reddi Services replaced a cracked and leaking toilet in my home today. He arrived on time, identified the problem promptly and explained my options clearly. He helped me decide what model was best for my needs and even accompanied me to Home Depot to pick out a new one, and do the heavy lifting! He installed the new toilet efficiently and left the area pristine. He answered all of my questions in a friendly and respectful manner. I was charged a fair price and even offered a senior discount. I usually dread having people come to do work in my home, but PePe made it a pleasure! I wish everyone offered this kind of professional customer service!

Mattox came and saved the day! Turns out my three year old put a tonka truck in our toilet . We had a good laugh about it. His customer service was amazing he got the job done in about 30 minutes or so and cleaned up after him self. I appreciate him coming out and doing such a great and quick job!

This is the third time I've used Reddi Services and had specialist Pepe Munoz make plumbing repairs! Each time he has been punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. He has installed a garbage disposal, replaced a kitchen faucet, and replaced the seals and rebuilt a wall-mounted toilet! In all cases, his work has been excellent! I definitely recommend this company based on my experiences.

Our outside drain was plugged causing the water from the house drains to backup through the bottom of the toilet and flood everything We called Reddi Services plumbing and they scheduled someone out within just a couple hours Their technician, Marco, was not only incredibly polite and attentive, but also very skilled, and he handled the entire repair in a very short time at an extremely reasonable rate

Marco Prieto did a tremendous job in diagnosing where the leak was coming from and taking corrective action to solve the problem. I plan to continue to use Reddi Services and ask for Marco! Great company and very customer focused.

Excellent septic tank pumping service! Have used them for two locations & each time have provided prompt, reliable & friendly services!! Ricky was very knowledgeable & friendly! Definitely recommend for any plumbing services!

From the original inspection through the installation of the new items, everything was performed well. A special thanks to Ben our service technician. He was a pleasure to work with. He gave great advice, highly competent service and was genuinely a nice person. Thanks. I would use Reddi again in a heartbeat if the occasion arises.

Caring, professional, knowledgeable and especially got the yard valve changed out with minimal difficulty. Definitely recommended!

Gerald was extremely helpful in replacing the hot water heater and a toilet. There was no wait time and his recommendations were high quality products. He was efficient, very friendly and courteous. We will call him again if we have need of a plumber.

Was confronted with running water which I was not able to shut off. This was at 4 a.m. and had to book emergency plumbing service. Ben Aguilar from ReddiServices was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and patient to explain what was wrong. He was willing to do additional work and when he left three other problems were taken care of, like cartridge for bathtub water, outside shutoff valve for incoming water, new toilet tank incoming shut off valve and new toilet tank valve and shutoff flapper. I was very pleased with the work done.

Once again Reddi Services has exceeded my expectations. Our AC stopped cooling the house on Saturday 8/27/2022. Made the call to Reddi Services to see what they could do. They scheduled me for a visit on Sunday 8/28/2022 and Chris Groth had come out and checked my system outside and in the attic. He seemed to have found that the motor for the blower unit is not working. Because it was Sunday he advised me that he wouldn’t be able to get the part until possibly Monday. Setting the expectation and that was appreciated. He was able to get the part Monday evening and had come out with Jason on Tuesday. Again, like the first time with another Chris, communication was on-point and notifications were awesome! Chris Groth and Jason showed up and had a heck of a time replacing the motor because rust. They had done so and realized that Carrier had given them the wrong motor. They had to go back to Carrier to get the right one and they advised me that they would be back within an hour. Sure enough they were back but I had to go to work so I left them to deal with my father-in-law. Chris advised me that all was good and also recommended a better air filters with a Merv 8 as the one’s I had are Merv 13 and he said they restrict airflow and they’re not a good quality. He mentioned and provided me the ones he personally uses. Needless to say I’m extremely satisfied with the work they’ve done and all the information they have provided. So insightful as usual. Please give Chris Groth and Jason my upmost gratitude. My family and I are finally back in our home. He also advised me in the Disconnect outside and provided me a quote to make that better. I’m also joining the membership as Chris explained the savings and benefits to me (all while on the job). Impressive.

Re: Brent Sanderson 8/26/22 We want to compliment the work of Brent Sanderson with Reddi Services. We had a whole house plumbing problem where everything was backing up into the showers and tub. We had called our home warranty company but the person they sent out was unable to help because we didn’t know where our clean out lines were buried in the yard and they were not certified to get up on the roof. So…we called Reddi Services for the second time this week. They have really come to our rescue! Brent Sanderson arrived and said - sure we can get up on the roof but I think it would be much better if we could find your clean out lines that go from the house to the sewer. We investigated the logical spots based on where our neighbors clean outs were located. We could not find them. He dug around the possible bushes where we thought it would be but to no avail. Then he put his line into the clean out location on the side of the house. He sent his line through and it reached a stopping point. Miraculously, he could hear a tapping sound and sure enough, he had found the clean out valve underground! It was buried about 6” under the dirt outside a bedroom window…in a totally different location than any other home on our block. He dug it out and found the other line a foot or two away. His perseverance really saved us! He cleaned out the line from the tree roots that had encroached into the line in a couple of spots. He saved the day! He also resealed the toilet in the house that had been the initial point of leakage. We can’t thank him enough! His professionalism, care, and perseverance were unmatched! Thank you so much!
