"Nick showed up within an hour after we called and he did a fine job with the repair. However and even though the problem was on a holiday, I think paying about $400 for an hours' worth of labor is excessive and I feel totally taken advantage of. There was a bad leak, it needed to be fixed and in this heat one cannot be without water to the house for 24 hours. They "had me where they wanted me" and I had no choice but to pay this outrageous bill. Never again."

"This was the second company I had come look at the leak in my toilet. The first one I thought was expensive. However he only wanted to replace the wax ring for the toilet for $600. So I contacted Angie's list and they sent out master router who to my surprise said I had a major problem in my home. That my walls had too much moisture and it was dangerous. The master bathroom supposedly had 100% humidity and the guest bathroom varied from 27 to 47% humidity. That was supposed to be very dangerous. They said my flange was below the tile level which they said was not right. I have since found out that is incorrect. I had not asked them to check out the master bathroom but they had me extremely concerned that I was living in a hazardous situation. Before I knew it, my guest bathroom was completely gutted and my master bathroom was partially gutted. A restoration company called copperstate came in on their tails and had me even more concerned about what was going to happen in my home.I erroneously thought they were under Angie's list also. I can't complain about the quality of the work from master router because it was good I was just not prepared to do $20,000 worth of repairs to my home. Especially since it was not needed from what the previous company had said. My insurance company is no longer responding and has paid only a portion of what things have cost me. and so I have now had to fork out nearly $20,000 and my master bathroom is still not finished. I do have to admit that they did find an issue with the repair done by Roto-Rooter in 2018 but that should not have cost me the kind of repairs that master router forced me to have done. I would not have had to have two major bathrooms gutted. I have not told him about things like the bubbler that they cut nor that I still am not happy with the cement repair but I am concerned because I've complained about him the cement several times. I'm afraid they won't ever make it any better. I would like it if master router could give me a partial refund because it would never have cost me this kind of money if they had just repaired the toilet the way the other company recommended. The toilet in the guest bathroom still has its original symptoms from the problem that the contractor was supposed to fix."

"Plumber Abraham Horta is an absolute God send. My husband set all this up (an estimate) but had to go to work unexpectedly. He gave me specific instructions on how he wanted it done (solder only, ball valve for a whole house shut off, I wrote it down as to not mess up). Needless to say all of it went over my head however I explained to Abraham everything my husband wanted. Abraham made it so easy and even asked if we wanted some old irrigation plumbing taken out that was very old. I of course asked my husband and my husband all terrified of the cost for the extra work asked how much. Abraham did it for free and even gave us a discount to lower the total cost which my husband could not believe until the credit card payment went thru. After everything was taken care of Abraham even quickly threw on a fresh coat out paint on the copper pipes to match the rest because we recently had our house painted and had some laying around. This is 5-star service at its best. My husband could not be happier now the problem is my husband trying plumbing projects with that valve now installed. "I had a water leak in my front yard between the main and the house. Two guys came over and worked 2.5 days to replace the line. I was given an estimate of nearly 12k. At the time I had several big things going on and didn’t think much about the amount. After completion I paid it and thought it was exorbitant. 3 weeks later I noticed my plants were turning brown. Had the sprinkler guy come over who said there was no water to the entire yard. I realized that they never tied into the line feeding the yard and pool. Had the same technician come over who did up the first line and hooked it to the line going to my yard. At this point he asked me for $3000. I told him to go to h***. He said something along the lines of “I need to bring something back to my boss.” He left. 2 days later I se that the line feeding the irrigation was not hooked up and was flooding my front yard. They came and fixed it. Do not! Do not hire George Brazil unless you want a shakedown and to pay twice what you should."
