Build it, fix it, or remodel it, I can do it all! A one man show that has been doing this my whole life. From growing up on a farm to running a business of various services, I've been "in the business" of building, fixing, and/or maintaining anything and everything that has to do with a home. All jobs figured on my hourly rate, with a one hour minimum. No "set fees" regardless of time. Troy initially seemed confident in the task and in understanding what I was trying to accomplish. Despite lower bids, I went with Troy. Unfortunately they installed panel that did not meet all future needs as discussed. Even more bothering, he became highly defensive, a bit condescending and even seemed confrontational upon its completion. A totally different person from start to finish and failed to accomplish what I had intended."
