+ -1 moreThe only complication was caused by problems locating existing main electric lines. APS (local electric utility) initially located them more than six feet from where they actually were so considerable time was wasted searching for them. APS returned to try again and located them correctly and Goodman employees quickly uncovered them. They always kept me informed of status and any potential delays since they had to coordinate with the local electric, gas, water and cable utilities. They always consulted with me about where I wanted things to go and were receptive to my concerns and ideas with the limits of what was feasible and allowable.
Description of Work: Moved electric meter from inside carport to exterior wall, added new exterior electrical panel, upgraded existing electrical panel and connected electric service to it.

Description of Work: They took all the old heat tape off from under our cabin and replaced with new tape and insulation. The added a few receptors as well as there weren't enough. They replaced a few switches inside and hung up all the new outdoor light fixtures (5). They were there all day long and did an amazing job. The owner also came back on his own a few days later to check some insulation that the plumber was going to have to move to fix a leak in the pipe. The electrician wanted to make sure it was replaced sufficiently to protect the pipe along with the heat tape. |These guys were amazing and I would hire them again!

The crew were just fun to have around, which is great, because when you are having a lot of work done is can be stressful. They are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Ran wire to hang 3 ceiling fans. Put in 2 outlets in the garage. Ran wires and hung kitchen island light. Hang a new bathroom light.

Description of Work: Goodman Electric retrofitted sour existing florescent fixtures with LED bulbs. The flickering & humming of the fluorescent bulbs had been bothering some of our office staff.

+ 2 moreThey did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. They (2) worked efficiently and blended in the job with a dry wall man to patch the old light fixture hole in the ceiling and matching new paint to old paint. Beautiful job! I'm well satisfied with their work.

+ -1 moreWhen they accepted the job, they seemed happy to come do the work for me. Some providers give the impression that a job is too small. Even though they come do the work anyway, they seem that they have been bothered, or perhaps kept from "bigger an better" jobs. Tom Goodman Electric never gave those impressions. They were friendly, personable, and appreciative of the work. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They did quality work for a reasonable price. Not only will I use this company again, I will certainly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Added two outside electrical outlets (one for a satellite dish heater), and installed heat tape on my eave and rain gutter to help avoid ice dams in the winter.

Description of Work: I needed to have heat tape installed on my roof to prevent ice dams. I happened to stop by the Tom Goodman Electric booth at the Flagstaff Home and Garden Show. I was impressed by how nice they were. They actually acted like they would like to come to the work for me (who knew?) They were friendly and knowledgeable. Sometime later, I called them to come do that work for me, as well as some other small jobs (adding an outdoor plug, etc.) They came right away and did the work. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the installer. They did quality work and were very friendly. I would most definitely call this company again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
