"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."

Was there about 10 minutes & told me he needed to leave to go buy the parts to finish my shower faucet installation. He came back in about 45 minutes and finished the work. When he was done he said he was only going to charge me for a service call & the part he bought. I said I thought the $650.00 he charged me would have covered the whole thing. He said it depends on what I was quoted. I said I didn't get a quote before the work was done & that I was pretty blindside by the $650.00. He said he would call the office & see what they wanted to do. I said remember I'm a senior citizen & you all advertise a senior discount. After talking to the office they decided not to charge me more. Again he did not clean up. My entire shower & countertop removal & installation only cost $2547.00. And the handle shower installation costs $650.00! I supplied the entire kit for the shower handle installation. He spent less than 5 hours working. The parts he supplied couldn't have been even close to $100.00 I do not recommended this company."
