+ -1 moreThe earliest date for service call was over two weeks away. 17 days. And we would be charged $80 just gor him to show up. Parts and labor were to be billed separately, in addition to mileage charges since we wereover 50 miles from store. .
Description of Work: My Samsung dryer, which was purchased from Sears, and is approximately one year old no longer heats.

+ -1 moreIt didn't go well. I've called them to do different work. I had to have someone else after they came out here because they didn't charge right. They double charged me. I wasn't going to pay it and I called someone else and it was much less.

+ -1 moreSears earliest availablility was 1 1/2 weeks to have a service man come. He came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and said he would be back in a 1 1/2 weeks that was earliest availability. He came back as promised and discovered they sent the wrong part. Again he ordered the part and came back in 1 1/2 weeks, again it was the wrong part. So he ordered it again and said he would see us in 1 1/2 weeks. I called a few days later and told them to forget it and went and purchased a new washer. It seems like they could get the right part and not make you wait 1 1/2 weeks every time their part was wrong. Will not do business with this company again.

+ -1 moreIt was crappy actually. Well the tech came out there the first time to check on my washer and dryer. He had to reschedule it and it cost me an extra $150 because he had to bring another person out and then he didn't have the right part so we had to reschedule a third time and they charged me for that as well. And we are still having the same problem that they were supposed to have fixed. I promise you we'll never buy repairs from them again or anything. My family has been buying from Sears. Their price is about average.
