He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. "We had a person, I think his name is Carter, service our oven that was tripping our breaker when we cooked. He replaced motherboard and it still did not fix it. We paid $400 for parts and services. He left. He said he was coming back and we scheduled date before Christmas. He canceled because he had Covid. We rescheduled. Never showed up. Oven still not fixed. Please contact me. We had master electrician come out and check our circuit breaker, wiring, and oven outlet. Absolutely no issue. It is the appliance for sure. I would like to have someone please finally fix appliance. It is still not fixed and we already paid over $400. You stated if an electrician verified it was the oven you would refund us and keep troubleshooting the appliance. We have called and left voicemails off and on since the Holidays. Please give basic courtesy and resolve this. I will take the review down if that happens. We are extremely confused at this behavior from a company and genuinely want to resolve this with you. Thanks."

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."

"I am a long time customer spending tens of thousands of dollars at Lowes in the past but getting no help with my present situation. We purchased 2300 sqft of LVP flooring in 2021 and within 12 months it was splintering. Nov 2022 I went back to the local Lowes (Fultondale, AL) and was told they do not help with warranty claims. So I contacted the manufacturer (Shaw), sending pictures, dates of purchase, etc. I called at least 5 times and spoke to different people each time who promised to do something (get an adjuster out, make it priority, etc) but after the phone call was over they ghosted me. Finally, a couple months ago, Shaw said they needed a form from the local Lowes store. They emailed the manager over the local flooring department, asking for the necessary form and copied me in the email. He never replied, I have emailed him 3 more times, been back in the store to talk to 2 employees, made several phone calls when I was told that manager was in the store, left messages for him, but he has never come to the phone, or come to the service desk to meet me, or ever returned my calls. *** Our flooring is a trip hazard as it is splintering so badly. But Shaw wants to send an adjuster to view it but I need to take it up now before someone gets hurt!"
