Dear Member, I saw your review and was concerned with the rating, I looked at the service records and saw you have a Merv 16 filtration system, it is recommended that that filter be replaced once per year. Although it may seem a little pricey it gives your home the same filtration you would get in an hospital operating room. A less efficient filter can be put in its place its recommended to be changed every 6 months but would save you about 100 bucks annually. We would be happy to do what makes you happy.
