Awful. Hot water heater still doesnt work.

Eden was very fast, thorough, and professional.

The guys were great and completed the job at a lower price than first quoted. Would definitely use them again.

Went very well. The installers did install the electrical differently than we had discussed. Within two hours of the person we dealt with originally was on the phone with us. It was a misunderstanding or miscommunication. He explained without excuses and apologized. They came out the next morning and changed the electrical hookup to our desired electrical hookup/configuration.

It went great! Customer service was so nice and helpful and making an appointment was actually a joy, they were flexible and worked with me to find a good time. The service man was punctual, respectful, nice and explained everything too me. He also saved me money by pointing out I didn't need two water heaters. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them for any problem with heating/air/plumbing. I have already told a few friends and family about them.

He had everything fixed in no time and even cleaned up! He took time to show me how it would work before he quit and offered to fix it a different way if I needed him to. I will be calling back when I need a plumber.

It's fabulous. They do annual inspection twice a year. Once in the spring for the air conditioning and once in the fall for the heating. They are fabulous. Things that stand out are when they say they are going to be there they are there, they are just really good, they show up on time, they do their job, they follow up afterwards to make sure we're satisfied, they are just really good.

They did a good job. They were fast and cleaned up fairly well, that was kind of the means. I got a good quote from them.

They're fair priced. ?The workers were fine. ?They were professional.

Tech man said until these wires are replaced there's no way to know if compressor is good or bad. I was concerned that it was just a way to get an extra $100+ our of us. He replaced wires and unit worked great for a couple weeks. Fuller immediately sent tech back out they replaced some leads or something & unit has worked fine since. For less than half the price of a compressor they fix our a/c. They have been very prompt, agreeable and economical.

I just moved in and thought I should have my 2013 heat and air unit checked out and the previous owner smoked also I don't know how often it was serviced so it took a few hours for the deep clean but when my mom came to visit a week later she was saying I lucked up and got a house with a new unit so I'd say he did great. He also let me know i have ants trying to live in it and he showed me the size filter to buy. Also the plumbing guy showed me i had a leak in the bathroom sink and my shutoff didn't work for the toilet and gave me prices on all fixes. So I'd say it was all a great value plus I got another service for the fall with the angies list deal I got.

Great company. Honest and efficient. They have worked in old A/c units for us as well as installed a new heating and air unit. Love the employees they send out to my home, as they are always nice, professional, and on time. Wonderful company.

Fuller did everything right with this visit. I called the call service at 7:30am and was called back at 8:20am. The plumber arrived in 10 minutes and was able to identify, locate, and fix the problem in a little over an hour. I was able to use the Angie's List coupon as well and received $20 off of my total bill for a total cost of $69. I have no complaints and I would recommend Fuller to anyone.

Great. They were not able to come on the day that they first stated that they would but came at 8:00 the next morning and had it fixed within the hour. Best prices around.

They are always real nice. They made sure everything was in working order. I will continue to use them.

Fuller came out fairly soon when called. However, the technician only re-lit the pilot but no determination was made of the reason for the pilot going out to start with. Pilot went out again 3 days later on the weekend and Fuller came out again. The technician attempted to relight the pilot but it wouldn't light. He said someone would come back on Monday to look at it. Technician came and determined that a thermocouple was the problem. He indicated that it would need to be ordered and should receive it within a few days. He said the installed cost would be around $250. Fuller did not call to tell us whether the part had come in. We had to call them several times only to find out each time that the part was not in yet. After two weeks, we called a different plumbing company who came out immediately with the part needed and repaired the water heater for $90. It has now been 4 weeks since we first called Fuller and we are still waiting for them to call us to schedule a repair with the ordered part. We don't know whether they even ordered the part we needed or whether they got the part but never called us to schedule a repair. There has been no contact with us from Fuller. What we do know is that we got the work done cheaper and faster by another plumbing company, Fuller has not followed up with us on this repair willing to leave us without hot water for 4 weeks with no contact from them, and this experience is very similar to a couple of years ago with Fuller where we did without hot water for two weeks while they "waited for a part to come in". Fuller needs better parts suppliers or purchasing staff if they never have the parts needed or are always waiting for parts to come in. Anything else would simply say that they do not care about me as a customer.

We would use them again in the future.

No one lived in my house at this time because a tenant of mine had moved out and I was getting ready to sell the house. My realtor told me to have the Air Conditioner checked out to make sure everything was working correctly. So I called Fuller Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing and they sent Sebastian out. When he came out he said he looked at my house and had been interested in buying it. He checked my Air Conditioner and said that nothing was wrong with it and that it was in great condition. He said there was a problem with my heating system. He called his boss to come out and he agreed that nothing was wrong with my Air Conditioner and that I had a problem with my heating system and needed to replace it. They put a new heating system in and gave me a 10 year warranty that would only apply to me and wouldn't pass on if I sold the house which I didn't understand but didn't complain about. I came back to Alabama to do more work on my house in the beginning of June and the system was completely frozen and covered in ice so I called Fuller back out to see what was wrong. The tech that came out said nothing was wrong and that someone probably left the system turned up too high so he took care of the problem. A couple days later we were finishing up some painting upstairs and noticed it was hot up there. The Air Conditioning was not working upstairs so we called Fuller out again and the tech this time told me there was a lot wrong with my AC and they could get it working but had to put some money into it. He said to give him $200 for Freon. I told him that I had several people from his company look at my Air Conditioner several times and they had all agreed that nothing was wrong with it. He did not agree with that. I told him I wouldn't be giving anymore money to his company and to tell his boss I would be contacting Angie's List. I feel like they took advantage of me and sold me the heating system because it was a lot of money. I had originally called them to have my Air Conditioning checked, not my heating system and they ended up selling me on a new heating system and thermostat!

I have no problem with them. It worked out okay. They seemed to be honest people.

1. Contacted Fuller regarding a new heating and cooling system and spoke with the owner of the company. He was in all regards, very professional. He talked with me regarding our needs for a system and the type and then he in turn discussed our needs with his field representative who contacted us to set up an appointment. 2. Field representative met with us at the appointed time. He did a thorough review of our current system and checked all the duct work in the house. He checked the returns noting the size, electrical system, etc and made recommendations based on his overall evaluation walking me thru each item. He then provided us with his recommendations for a replacement system. We purchased the system recommended by him. It was a system that I had researched as a replacement. He set up the installation arrangements so as to coincide with our schedules. 3. Installers arrived with the new system. They were in all respects, very courteous, respectful, and professional through out the installation process. When the system was installed and after they had completed their initial system checks, they walked us thru the various system functions of the new unit. They were very knowledgeable of the system and the operation answering all questions asked without hesitation. The new thermostat is a programmable one and we were instructed on the functionality of the new thermostat and how to take advantage of the built in programs to get the most efficiency out of the unit. After the installers had familiarized us with the new system, everything used during the installation was cleaned up. All personnel involved in the entire process were always on time for their appointments and were always respectful to us. Office staff were always courteous and made sure that any communication between myself and their organization was received by the appropriate individual. It is a pleasure for us to have Fuller Heating and Air Conditioning as our service provider for our home heating and cooling system. We are privileged to be a customer of theirs and have been for over 20 years. Most satisfaction ratings for customer reviews is based on five (*****) stars and I have to rate Fuller TEN(**********) STARS! They are simply the best and our experience with this company has always been excellent.

As most services go if did not start on time or finish on time but it did get done and the guys they sent were VERY capable & EXTREMELY nice. Fuller got the job done before others could send a person to bid on the work.

The HVAC technician, Clint, managed to fix a minor problem with my central unit that would allow it to run, temporarily. He spent a a lot of time getting prices for replacement parts for my model and gave me other additional information. He was efficient, effective and very courteous. I was extremely pleased with his service. The plumber, Scott, came out to replace a toilet. He had to come out twice and brought a new toilet, nice model with elongated tank and sat higher with parts included. He spent a lot of time helping me make a decision on the best course of action. He was efficient, effective and very courteous. I was very pleased with his service. Megan, in the office, was very friendly and was excellent in communicating with me about various details and arrival times.

Their prices were too high.
