The technicians advised that we add an extension onto the screen filter for easier access to their recommended “every-six-month-cleaning” of same. It’s currently underground and must be dug up for cleaning. They also advised that the septic tank be cleaned every (4) yrs."

"First call to complete preventative maintenance to insure no roots in line as occurred two years prior. Prompt response and courteous technician however he allowed a pine cone to fall in to the check pipe but assured me it would not be a problem and he failed to re-snake the drain. Technician left. Five days later there is an obstruction in the drain pipe. Office staff seemed less than courteous with a "we'll be there when we get there" attitude and reminding me I would get a telephone call prior to the technicians arrival. That telephone call never came! Although I have an issue with the first technicians failure to re-snake...I have an issue with the callous attitude of the office staff who didn't seem to have a professional and caring demeanor!"
