They are truly caring people and put their customers first. Last year we had a wind storm that damaged our roof and the rain water was literally pouring into our home. I called Dan and he sent George over who took the time to educate us on proper roofing and the importance of quality roofing and installation. The next week the roofers were at our home installing a new roof so that our home would not sustain more damage. All three crews were meticulous and placed a lot of care in their work. Superior craftsmanship is 2nd to none with this company. I gave them all A+/5 Stars. As far as returning phone calls when I had a question or concern this company can use a little improvement. I give them a B/4 stars. Overall Magic Windows will be our 1st and only phone call for any future home improvement endeavors. We love their work."

"Brian and his crew were professional, courteous and able to do all of the work we needed done. They laid hardwood and installed the baseboards; rebuilt some wall areas; installed the cabinets, cabinet trim and tile backsplash. They also installed new tile on the fireplace. I was concerned that a company good at finish carpentry could also be good at tile work, but he has different people for different jobs. He provided a written estimate and he did stay true to the estimate/contract. No hidden costs. It all looks great! I am very happy with it. It was a good value for the work done. The only downside was scheduling. They were working on several projects and came to do work every week, but it is not like they could come and stay until all the work was done. We had a few parts we were waiting on as well, and the counter top company caused a 3-week delay. Some things just can't be helped."
