Majic Window

We had Magic Windows put in a new roof, bathroom remodel and a new flooring in our kitchen as well as our bathroom. Our sales agents Dan & George I give a A+/5stars. They are truly caring people and put their customers first. Last year we had a wind storm that damaged our roof and the rain water was literally pouring into our home. I called Dan and he sent George over who took the time to educate us on proper roofing and the importance of quality roofing and installation. The next week the roofers were at our home installing a new roof so that our home would not sustain more damage. All three crews were meticulous and placed a lot of care in their work. Superior craftsmanship is 2nd to none with this company. I gave them all A+/5 Stars. As far as returning phone calls when I had a question or concern this company can use a little improvement. I give them a B/4 stars. Overall Magic Windows will be our 1st and only phone call for any future home improvement endeavors. We love their work.

First off, they are not Majic windows. They are InLine windows made in Canada. Majic only installs them. I had 6 windows installed last summer (2023) and WILL NOT be ordering the remaining 11 windows from them. The windows appear to be of good quality but the installation was below sub-par. The trimming was as cheap as can be. It is just formed sheet aluminum held to the window and siding with nothing but caulk. If someone were to place weight on the trim in would crush as there is nothing behind it. The exterior sill was not pitched properly. They did return to fix it but only pitched the sill at 1 or 2 degrees instead of 10 to 15 degrees. They also scratched the paint installing them. After repeated email complaints they ghosted me. Due to their high-pressure sales tactics, poor quality installation and terrible customer service I would not recommend them.

Horrible experience with their sales representative. Came this morning for a window quote. Was hostile argumentative and kept telling us to go back to Macedonia. This person needs diversity training. We were shocked at what he said

This company is terrible. I hired them to do a siding project on my property. The communication from them was bad from the start. They also lied and told me that they did not subcontract their installers, which they did. Now they are demanding full pay after the following issues which I eventually had to fix myself due to non-existent communication from them for months. -Broke my stair railing (I paid out of pocket to repair) -Never touched up paint - Did not remove their waste (I took it to the dump) -Never reattached the power lines to my home -Reinstalled gutters incorrectly -Broke air conditioning unit (I paid out of pocket to repair) They don't finish the job or correct any issues. You will not be happy with the final product.

Everyone we delt with was very friendly and helpful. The roofers came out in the morning and finished everything before they left. They did an excellent job and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Not only did they replace some of the wood facia boards but also put aluminum siding where they replaced the boards so I never have to paint that area again. They also left some replacement shingles in case I need to make a repair in the future.

My rating is less than one My windows were literally beat into my house which damaged the trim and drywall Insulation was from spray cans that left gaps and air leaks Windows are hard to operate Frames are now visually distorted After six service calls not one of the issues we’re addressed just more perfume on a pig Don’t expect anyone in charge to call you back to discuss or offer to repair issues Homeowner Beware Call any other window company not Majic

Buyer beware ! These are deposit hustlers , they take your money promising a timelines and deliver 6months or a year out of their promised timeline !

This is my 2nd time using Majic Windows...previously they did a phenomenal job. They were quick to remove my very large bay windows and replace them with large picture window with sliders on both sides all while temperatures outside was below freezing! I had a small issue and they took care of it quickly and with great efficiency while being very personable. Today was no different when I purchased patio doors and I look forward for the installation to come.

Love my windows!! Professional all the way from the appointment setter to the salesman to the installers! Everything went smooth I recommend this company 100%

I really want to give this company a 0. This company should be out of business for the quality of workmanship. I cannot believe that they are letting unprofessional people install their supposedly good windows that do not care about their craft. I have corners that are not flush and also corners that will cut you if you if you get close. I have caulk that extend out farther than the windows. Who cares about neatness?? Now let me tell you about the inside. They finished the inside with wood finish trim that you use for moldings and guess who has to paint it? ME! What company does this? You would think by paying 35K you wouldn't have to do anything, but not this company. So now I have to pay someone to paint, plus by it being so thick some of my blinds do not fit now! I talked with the guy Mike who sold me the windows and he said that he was sorry he forgot to tell me that. How convenient. That would've been a deal breaker for me. If I was Mort Crim, I would definitely not have my name attached to this company. Do not buy windows from this company if you care about how your house looks. They have definitely made me the joke of my subdivision. @mortcrim I wish that I could add pictures.

Hello everyone!!! Please be very cautious about using Majic Windows and Roofs out of Wixom, Michigan. I had a guy come to our house today to give us an estimate on a future roof job. At one point I asked him questions about how they are going to do the job. I asked if are they going to strip off the old shingles or put new shingles over the old and are they going to put down roof felt before the new shingles. The guy was evasive and would not give me a direct answer. He kept asking about our credit and finances in such a way that my wife and I felt that he was primarily interested in the $$$$$ he would get from this job. NOT!! He got the "heck out of Dodge" when he realized I was not going to give in. They will not be doing the roof on our house, thats for sure.

Attic Insulation was very simple and Quick Steve was very thorough and complete on me understanding the work he was doing, the team was on time and fast, did not make a mess and was very tidy !!!

We wanted a quote from this company as they came door to door and noted that it may be good for us to get one. We are new home owners and we know the roof is old so we said sure. They set up the time to come meet with my husband. Then they called back and said I had to be there, and wouldn’t allow us to just let him take the meeting so I had to take time off work to be there to meet with them. The man came into our home and asked “what am I here to do?”, which was concerning, but we explained the situation to him and then he proceeded to tell us that they’re likely too expensive for us to use, we don’t want a quote today, it doesn’t seem necessary, etc. so we were very confused naturally. I then asked why he was here and why I had to be there as well to have him tell us there’s no point. He said that the people at his office who set up the meetings “don’t know anything” about this job and that was the last straw for me. I said if we don’t need an estimate like you’re saying then we can end the meeting and he left. Then we got a call from the owner of the shop asking what happened and how to make it right. I told him the story. Then I got a call from the sales manager asking what happened but I missed his call. I called him back and then he missed my call. Then we did that back and forth again then he never called me back. I texted the cell number who called me to see if there was a better time to talk about this horrible situation we had and he never responded so now I’m leaving a review so others are aware since I’m not sure if the company acted upon this rude and unprofessional man, Nate, who came to our home. I gave ample opportunities to resolve this as I understand how businesses work and was trying to give feedback to what happened in the field that they wouldn’t know on their own but nothing came from that. If they try to resolve I will adjust my review to inform the public.

I just wanted to warn people about magic windows the salesman told me I was signing a contract that would make there quote valid for a year I just need to call when I was ready to move forward or I could pay $100 and opt out of it. I thought that’s great just incase something happens and I can’t afford the $16,000. 2 months later there calling telling me there going to sue me because they ordered my window and I have been ignoring them and didn’t set a installation date yet and on top of that they wanted to tack on a few grand because the salesman bid it wrong. They ended installing my window but for the original price quote because I wasn’t going to give them a break when they were flat or rude and unprofessional. The installers were rude and unprofessional . It’s been almost a year and I’m still waiting for them to finish my windows. They Scratched my new windows, left broken glass everywhere there’s loose ends and I been trying to get someone to come finish up for almost a year.

THIS REVIEW SHOULD HAVE A ZERO STAR Majic Window tells you "QUOTES ARE VALID FOR ONE YEAR" but in reality they are NOT.... they might not be valid even for a month or two... long story short, we get a quote from an agent for $$$ with a finance option. A month or so after that, I called in to sign off the contract but the same agent came back and increased the price by $2,000 from the original quote. He stated by saying that the reason is due to inflation. We told the agent we won't be able to do the new deal because we have a limited budget. Then a few days later we get calls from Majic Window to follow up on the deal and they decided to send us a manager - who takes care of un-finished deals/quotes- that manager came in to our house and he gave us a quote which is a little more than the original quote that we got from agent. With that we just wanted to get this job done and finish the subject. This all turned up side down when we asked for the finance that Majic Window gives to their customers and they originally gave to us. He said he needs to talk to his finance department about the payment option. After a couple of days, he leaves us a voicemail saying that Majic Window WILL NOT be able to stick to the price/quote he gave us and they won't be able to do that deal... This was a real waste of time and one of the worst experiences especially with a big company like Majic Window... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

Terrible customer service! The sales rep was very inappropriate and communication is extremely poor. I would rather have no windows in my house then have their windows. I wish I would've paid the extra money to deal with a more professional company. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Went very well. Salesman was very detailed on the shingles & how the roof would be done. Product arrived 1 day before the roofers. The crew did a beautiful job & clean-up was great.

Friendly and professional salesperson, would purchase from this company in the future.

Magic windows basically scammed me into purchasing windows! We got a quote which has now turned into “we have your windows in” even though their sales rep said “we just have to verify you can qualify for windows however you can back out the windows for a year if you change your mind. “ now apparently Me. Adams “second in command” stated to my husband he was fired and no longer with us” what does that have to do with magic windows honoring their promotions? Anyways so we got pressured into buying these windows. Fine whatever at this point HOWEVER. I get a call stating now my loan expired and they re ran my credit (without my consent) and it won’t go through! And I get THREATENED to figure out how to pay for these windows that are now my product. I have to reapply or they will sue me! What kind of business is this? We’re still not a year! Also this “second in command” failed to tell me last month that the loan would expire when he called and said my windows were in but we said wait to install until March. So you knew Medallion bank loan would expire and you let it without my knowledge and now I’m stuck even further locked in with these windows. Horrible horrible company.

I can't thank Majic Windows enough for the great job they did on installing our window. I had a door removed that went to an old balcony and a window installed in it's place. The team was punctual, respectful, professional, and the finished product looks great. I would highly recommend Majic Windows to anyone who is looking for a professional team offering affordable prices for a great product. Brian from Majic Windows was great to work with and was extremely helpful during the process leading up to the install. If you are in Michigan and looking for a great window company I highly recommend Majic Windows!!!!

Majic did an excellent job with a complete replacement of our roof; 50 year guarantee. They were prompt with rescheduling (had a rain delay) and complete the job in one day. They were careful of our landscaping and outside furniture. And they did a great job cleaning up after the project; found no nails except where a few missed the roll-off box.

Amazing! I am a first time home owner, previous home owner said the problem windows were the 3 front windows and the door wall. I called around, even asked family who to get quotes from and most everyone said Majic! I was impressed from the very first call to set the appointment up, the salesman to the installers. Everyone was very professional and easy to talk to!

Let me just start by saying " what a difference"!!! I had so many drafty windows, and my heat bill was always high. so I decided to search out window companies. I first got a quote from wallside, they were okay! But I didn't want to settle with just one estimate. So a couple days go by and this nice young man stop by from Majic window. He went over some things I might be interested in doing in the next year. I told him I was mostly interested in getting windows. So next day the salesmen stopped by and I was sold! He was so informative about the windows. Now I've had my windows for a couple months now, I just love them. I no longer have any drafts and I love the new look on my home. Thank you Majic Window.
