"They replaced the roof at our summer cottage a couple years ago and when it was time to get new windows, they gave us the best estimate. They were very easy to work with. Scott understood and took into account some of the historic details of the summer cottage. When it came time to install the windows and add gutters, they arrived on time, called ahead to let us know they were on the way and were respectful about where to park. The guys were all friendly and worked ho*** ** 2 very cold days. Brandon and Gabe answered all my questions and made sure all the details were attended to. And, they cleaned up well! We would recommend them to anyone!"

"This updated review is long overdue and I apologize. Two years ago I needed some repair work done to my stack stone mailbox it was leaning due to excessive water erosion below it. I contacted multiple contractors including QPS without realizing it was the original firm that did the work in 2011. I didn’t expect any warranty coverage for the repair. Rob showed up, immediately recognized me, we reconciled and we proceeded to go over the needed work. Without hesitation, Rob, immediately said he would fix the work and not charge me for the labor or materials. I was floored, like I stated, he did the work over 5 years ago at the time, I expected nothing. He went above and beyond to make it right, above any expectations I had. He worked great with my schedule and got the repair done wonderfully over engineered for the need. Lesson for me, seek understanding, and above all, and in all, Grace! I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing.
