He happened to call me while I was waiting for an important work call, and then the following day while I was driving my kid to swim lessons. I apologized for the phone tag and I asked him if I could call him back when my kid was at his lesson, to which he responded, with a mean tone "No." I told him I was doing the best I could to take care of this job, but I also work full time and have kids. His response to this, again with a mean tone, "Well you're not doing a very good job" Completely unprofessional."

"I had Biango Construction complete a full gut renovation of my main floor powder room and laundry room/mudroom. This included a major change in layouts and moving walls, doors, HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical. I also had custom cabinets and hall tree built for the space. The final result is exceptional (see photos). While the time ended up taking longer than originally expected, it was worth it to have a trusted pro do the work and to deal with the permit process. The company was easy to work with, professional, and maintained a clean workspace across my house. All individuals working on my house with Nick Biango paid high attention to detail throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Biango Construction to anyone doing renovations or wanting built-ins added to their home."

"Bonnie has cost your business the possibility of revenue due to her discriminatory questioning. Her heavy non-English accent was very hard to understand. She also cheapened your company by stating right off the bat if the homeowner spoke English, then long paused. She rudely remarked no Senior discounts then another long pause. We own an over million dollar mansion/landmark and her demeanor has made it a loss for your mediocre contractor business."

Before starting, he helped us deciding the material by providing quotes using cedar and composite. We decided to use cedar for both deck and pergola, and we love how it came out. Jim was very responsive during the design phase. So, we could finalize the design and start construction. At that point we had a tight schedule because of guests visiting during summer. Jim and his team worked hard and managed to be within schedule. The work was done very carefully, with great attention to details and we are very pleased by the outcome."
