Kevin Masters Arborists are very professional. They showed up on time and did exactly what was written down in the estimate. After they were done removing branches on the maple, I asked for one more to be taken off and they did it without hesitation. They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly, despite working in some poor weather. A separate person came another day to dig out the stumps. He was friendly and did the work exactly as agreed to, but his machine was so heavy that it broke a few pavers in the back yard. He pointed out to me what had happened and volunteered to remove them and replace them with some extras I had stacked by the back fence. He did that on his own initiative and I really appreciate his honesty and making things right. I would definitely use Kevin Masters Arborists again for tree work. The guy who came out to do the estimate was Kevin Shilling. The estimate was almost $3000, so we opted not to have the work done at this time. However, Kevin was very knowledgeable and took the time to give us a really good, detailed estimate. DANIEL TREE SERVICE PROVIDED A QUOTE WITHIN 24 HOURS. THEY ESTIMATED IT WOULD BE ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE THEY COULD COME OUT, BUT THEY HAD ANOTHER JOB FINISH EARLY AND STOPPED BY A FEW DAYS AFTER WE SPOKE. They were a little tough to get a hold of, but once we connected they followed thru. They did a great job removing the bushes. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the poison ivy. Our bush was infested with it and they did a so-so job of taking it out. Ultimately, it resulted in me getting a nasty case of poison ivy removing the leftover brush. (Made for a really fun anniversary trip the next week) I will definitely use them again, but was a little disappointed that the poison ivy removal wasn't as thorough as it could've beenshow more

I called Mathews Tree Service on Tuesday and Todd came out the same day to give me an estimate. I needed 3 trees cut down and the back corner of my lot cleared of debris that accumulated last summer when 3 large trees fell during a storm. I also needed trees removed on two sides near the house. He scheduled me for Thursday morning. Todd called the night before to confirm the time that they would begin the work the next day. He and his crew showed up right on time and his team worked the entire day stopping only for a lunch break. I can't say enough good things about his crew. They must be the hardest working team in Ohio! They worked quickly, professionally, and clearly knew what they were doing. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again. They did what they said they were going to do. One of the tress was on the boarder, almost in our neighbor?s yard. They were very concerned that they didn?t damage their yard or leave their yard messy. We couldn?t even tell that they were there when they left. They got every leaf, every twig, it was all gone and they stacked up the wood that they cut for us. So, we appreciated that, but they understood that we were more concerned about the neighbor?s yard than our yard. They were very prompt, very clean and very professional. We have 2 more trees that need to come down next year, so we are calling themshow more

This is an incredibly hard-working team, and I feel they did a great job. I would have given them A's across the board except for one thing: they emptied a bunch of branches from a garbage container in our yard so they could use it to collect debris while they were working - and then did not clean up the branches they had dumped when they were done. I figured I'd get a quote from Eager Beaver for some work I wanted done and provided the price was good schedule the service. Eager Beaver came out to my house for the first time 2/4/2015. I walked around the yard explaining that I wanted a piece meal quote just in case it was too much to have everything done. At the time we finished, I said "So where are we at on the cost?" $800 and it could be done today...! I was like "What, right now?" and he said "yep - we can clean all of this up really quick" so I said "Let's do it." Service included removing a tree in my front yard that was about 15-20' tall and fairly wide in the branches. Once they got started, that tree was almost gone in 5 minutes! I couldn't believe how quickly they took the tree down. The back yard was a larger chore - a tree to be removed and cut the stump down, an existing stump cut down to ground level, a large area of brush that was my dumping pile for the last 3 years, clean up a bunch of small tree "sprouts" along the fence line (I mean a lot of them!), clean up a smaller section that was overgrown..it was a lot of work. Eager Beaver was done in about 2 hours. Work that would have taken me months and a lot of manual labor was all taken care of for me in 2 hours. And the result was the vision I had in my head that I wanted. I could only grin and feel the relief of all that work being done. Eager Beaver also impressed me with the knowledge they shared with me about tree maintenance and stump removal. Overall l am very impressed with Eager Beaver. I talked to them about some other work I wanted to have done - tearing down a shed to be specific. They said "We can do just about anything that has to do with the house - mulch, painting, and even tearing down that shed". I will definitely do business with Eager Beaver againshow more

They were great! They cut the brush back away from my house and trimmed all the trees away from my house. I couldn't believe how much better my house looked when they finished. Nice job and good people to work with. Per my experience I would recommend them. Contacted them about a tree line at the back of my property that abuts a field. I wanted them to cut down several trees and clear the brush at the line. They just finished the job and I am happy with the service. Although we started the process in March, the weather took a toll on scheduling this to be done. The area I wanted cleaned up was basically a swamp whereas water accumulates there all the time. With all the rain, it was difficult to get this job done. We both agreed to postpone the cutting where they informed me it could be a problem with my yard being it was so wet (and yes, it was very wet). They were concerned it could tear up my lawn in order to get access. We finally got the job done, a bit later than I hoped but it was done. There were several challenges on this job. A dead tree that could come down and take out my shed, water around all the trees, nasty Hawthorne trees with spikes, several factors in the job. I was contacted on the date for the schedule. It worked out fine. My area looks so much nicer now, they cut down the trees I asked for and it was still wet however they got them out. Nice job. It took more weeks to get the stumps ground but they did another nice job (considering the swamp conditions It was still wet there). I'm amazed they did get it all done. All in all what we contracted to do was done and I'm fine with their work. Good people to work with and no surprisesshow more
