"The designer, Mark Huebner, understood quickly what we wanted and proposed ideas to make our project even more economical and beautiful (see photo of our brick patio and fire pit.) Foreman Roberto was a perfectionist craftsman. Who knew masonry was a spectator sport? Also, they replaced a concrete walkway and driveway. Plus, they installed several big healthy shrubs and a lot of sod. Definitely recommend!"

"Jimmy showed up to my home during a time when my thermostat was not working. That issue was fixed. He sold me a services contract and told me when he returned to services the units, he will cover the pipes outdoors. I purchased the contract for twice per year maintenance. I scheduled with him for a specific date. Appointment was confirmed but Jimmy did not show. When I called, he it appears that he forgot my appointment and he rescheduled saying he could not work in the rain. He rescheduled for a few days after and one of his workers showed up (Carlos). The guy showed up looking like he was someone who does not want to work and unprepared. So, I asked him if he has filters and he said know. Jimmy's workman did not bring filter, so I offered him filters I had stored. I asked him if he bought things to cover the pipes at the back, he said no. I called and left a message for Jimmy. Carlos was so rude and unprofessional. I was so scared of him and the way he was behaving. Carlos then said he would NOT do any service. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. He did return my money. BUT I will not recommend him. Will NOT use him again. As woman I will not hire again. Customer services was poor, reliability and punctuality poor."

They promised quick service but left us without hot water for days. Worse, the first technician concealed a serious fire hazard—the heater’s electrical components had actually caught FIRE and burned! A second technician finally admitted the fire risk, meaning my family could have been in grave danger. This is pure negligence and completely unacceptable. They replaced the heater but only after multiple delays, zero accountability, and putting our safety at risk. 🚫 DO NOT trust this company with your home’s safety! 🚫"

"Hot water issue. Technician gave estimate for hot water tank replacement of 8 year old lightly used tankless. In light of the phenomenol price tag, did some homework. Hit the reset button. Fixed. Hmmmm. Maybe it was the tankless that confused him. Really glad it was a free estimate (unlike Len's who charged me $315 and didn't fix it)."

"Remedy had to take my toilet apart to fix my clog now I have use of my bathroom again. He was very friendly, explained everything and am definitely recommending this company to everyone I know. I will use Remedy again if another plumbing problem occurs."

"Marvin and his team are excellent. They were prompt and rather than replacing a faucet, ended up fixing it for a saving of over $150! Also, the faucet they fixed was one where multiple plumbers said they could not fix and therefore needed to be replaced. One evens said they needed to break a wall! The original faucet is very expensive, so the $150 replacement was for a cheap Home Depot version. So yes, I would recommend them because of their skill and ability to get the job done. Also, very polite."

"They charged $98 to come give me an estimate for swapping our a shower valve cartridge, which was fine, but the pricing they provided was completely unreasonable, $1,000. They were unwilling to provide any detail for the price. I ended up buy the part myself for $30 and replaced it in 30 minutes."
