I will definately hire Mr. B's again! Estimate for runs and returns came in lower than anticipated, and estimate was received within 24 hours, via email (other estimates have taken DAYS to receive!). Brian and his staff are a pleasure to work with. He believes in quality work, and total customer satisfaction, which is a rarity these days.

Awesome! Brian and the guys and gals are great! Took care of the problem and they will bill me in the mail. Which I will be happy to pay! Mister B's is great and I'm having them install central air this Friday at my primary home because I trust their work, employees and customer service.

The thermocouple and pilot valve on the furnace failed. Very professional, showed up within 30 minutes after an emergency call. The techs verfiied the problem and explained what else was needed (new fan switch). This furnace is the original and needs to only limp along for a few more months. I would highly recommend this company due to service and professionalism.

When you call Mr. B's you get a live person who remembers you by name and they set an actual time appointment (e.g. 9:00 am). If the technician is running even FIVE minutes late, he calls with a ETA. The service is always good, if a needed part is in their shop, the technician will come back THAT DAY to install it. And their price is always fair and resonable.

They were always courteous and professional. They were there when they said they would be and installed a very nice quiete ac unit. The unit did have a little hiccup within the first two days, shut down after running for about an hour. They were prompt in their response and had it up again in no time. No problems since.

Very happy with the product and work performed. They were here when they said they were going to be, worked hard and were responsive to our questions.

We asked for a bid/price on fixing an existing humidifier that was no longer functioning. Was told the system needed to be replaced as the existing one was not installed properly and that was the reason it kept breaking. Also, they noticed the venting on the water heater was not to code and advised that it should be replaced. We were well aware of both of these items were in need of being taken care of as we had been told that once or twice before when other service companies were performing work on the furnace and we just never got around to doing it. We accepted the bid that was mailed out to us and sent payment in advance to this company. They called to schedule work within a week of receiving our payment. They arrived promptly on the date the work was scheduled and was professional and polite. They brought tarps to cover the floor as I had requested this to protect a new floor that was installed the week before. The work made a big mess on the floor and I was glad they had brought the tarp! We were very pleased with all aspects of the work. We had used this company twice before and also had good experience with them. They are very prompt, attentive, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. With most other companies you may get one or two of these attributes but not all of these together! The only negative thing I can say about the experience which is not very bad at all is that after the tarps were picked up there was about a dustpan full of debris that was neglected to be cleaned up. So I had to sweep it up and then mop the floor to get all the dust up. Like I said that was really not that bad and it would never stop us from recommending or using this company again. Great people and great service is hard to find!

Great personality. Honest. Was able to loan us electric heaters in the 3 days after he turned off the furnace (it had a crack - over 50 years old). We got other estimates and their's was the best price. Installation was quick and well done. Good follow up. Requested that the system be set up for A/C later. Fixed a venting problem, providing fresh air flow. Great employees. Later, when we had done some renovation, re-did the exhaust at no charge. Provided a new thermostat too. A number of months later, installed A/C, explaining choices. Provided referral to great electrician. Cleaned up everything. Workers were polite, communicative and very aware of dogs. Excellent follow through and bill exactly matched estimate.
