I crawled under the trailer, inspected the work and it was almost perfect. Went back in and visited (no yelling or finger pointing) with Bryan. The piece that I was concerned with he promised to replace for free if it ever gave me problems. He admitted that he should have contacted me after he had seen how complicated the project really was (trailer 12 inches off the ground forcing them to re-route the tube). After our discussion I was prepared to pay the bill in full but HE took it and gave me a deep discount. I believe Mr. B's is an honest for profit business. Next summer I'll have them replace the furnace and I'll review them again.

I installed the part and had heat once again. The water pipes were fine since I left the gas fireplace running all day but, very unhappy that a local company has such a high markup on common parts. I felt like it's taking advantage of my misfortune.... To bad I needed the part that day.

Prompt, professional and affordable! I arrived late at night from a five day trip to find my house with no heat. We had our first big snow storm, and it was cold. My house thermostat was reading 52 degrees inside. I added covers and quilts and made it through the night, it was like camping. The next day I called five different furnace repair companies, including Mr. Bs, who was highly recommended on Angie?s list. Everyone put me on their waiting list, and Rob was the first to call me back yesterday afternoon. Within 15 minutes, we met at my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a blow circuit board. He predicted the new part could be as high as $700. He went to his truck, made some calls, came back in with a quote of $452 just for the part. I said, ?order it.? He said, it could be 3-5 business days for the part to come in, so I rounded up the space heaters and spent another night. To my surprise, Rob called mid day today saying the part was in. I told him I left the door unlocked in case he beat me to the house. By the time I go there a half hour later, he was sitting in his truck. I thought, ?hmm, why didn?t he go in and fix it?? He got out of the truck and said, ?all done.? When we walked in, the furnace was heating the house. The total bill was over $500, BUT THANKS TO THE COUPON on Angie?s list, I saved over $50. Despite a potential bad situation, I?m feeling pretty good about it all. And thanks to Angie?s list for this great service!

Wonderful, courteous, friendly, honest & helpfull. From Rob who did the consultation and proposal to the gentlemen who installed. Also, they noticed the other furnace ( we have 2) wouldn't re-light, he inspected and diagnosed the issue. They called me immediately after not being able to light the 2nd furnace & corrected it right away by replacing the cracked part so we would have heat in the home until the other furnace was up and running. I highly recommend this company for all levels of HVAC needs. Thanks, guys....

Mister B's was very prompt getting back to me and set up a service appointment. I despise companies who claim to offer a service and don't have the courtesy to at least call me back. Not so with Mr. B's--they were prompt and helpful. On the service day the technician arrived EARLY--I like that and spent close to one hour performing preventive maintenance service and checks on my gas furnace. It was detailed and he used a checklist to ensure thoroughness. The technician was friendly and took the time to explain the services performed and gave me an overall assessment of the condition of my furnace. I was pleased and will use them again.

My daughters furnace in her mobile home quit, it was during an extremely cold spell and I contacted several of the local services in town for repairs. I wasn't surprised to find that it would be several days before any could get to her. I was referred to Mister B's by one of the people I talked to. Making the call I was happy to find out that they could get someone over the next day. Arrangements were made and at the arranged time the servicemen arrived, After troubleshooting the issues they determined that it was a controller board that wasn't functioning correctly and would need replacement. I inquired as to the cost and was told that it would be around 200.00 installed. The repairman also indicated that he didn't have a replacement in the shop and would have to order it in and it would take 2 days to get it in. The situation being what it was I told him to go ahead and order it. He told me that he would order it and would install it as soon as it arrived. it was 4 days later that he contacted my daughter to make arrangements to come make the repair telling her that it would be late tomorrow or the next day before he could get over. She was able to to explain that she had no heat and had a 8year old daughter and they had to have heat. It was midday when the repairman arrived and was able to quickly make the repair. The invoice that he provided me was closer to 300.00 not the original estimate. Additionally upon completion of the repair he advised that the blower fan was about to fail. I don't remember the price that was quoted for that but I had previously replaced a blower in my own furnace for half the cost of the same exact fan. I went to the shop to pay the bill the next day, I was not happy with the whole situation, The lady that took the money asked if everything was working and I did tell her that I was unhappy about the service, quoting her the totally inaccurate cost, the fact that it was promised by the repairman in 2-3 days not 5 or 6. To be fair she was concerned enough to ask if the owner could contact me, at this point I didn't feel that there was any need and told her that ti wasn't necessary. The owner did contact me anyway and we discussed the issues I had. I guess that the fact that he did contact me should be viewed as a favorable point.. To sum it up, they did get there reasonably quickly but the price given wasn't close to the true invoice, the promise of a quick return did not happen and then the fact that they tried to sell me another part... that would be failing shortly .... at an inflated price, turned me away from doing business with them again. I will say that the owner's call back was appreciated,

Overall it went fine. A few things I would like to mention. The employee had burned my linoleum. The employee would not speak with me, but only with my husband. The son of the owner was along and instead of cleaning up the mess which was caused by Mr B's, he swept the debris into my rock gardens. They had broken the gas shut off valve outside of house. House was filled with gas and I was not given any explanation even though I was sitting in the house and my husband was not available. Women pay for these services, also, and would like to be addressed about your services.

Overall I would not use anyone else for our heating and cooling repairs. Thanks Mr. B's

I contacted Mr. B's based on reviews on this site. The were punctual, professional, very informative. Not only did they address my current request but also discussed possible future needs. I received the original quote and then went back and asked for some additional quotes as I was looking to possibly have central AC installed as well. They have followed up repeatedly to see if I had any additional concerns or questions.Due to my work and travel schedule I have yet to have the work done, but I will certainly utilize this company. I highly recommend anyone looking for HVAC work in Cheyenne to call Mr. B's.I will update once I have the work done but can't imagine it to be anything less than an excellent experience.

They were very prompt. They were here within one hour and fixed it for me. They did an excellent job. They returned and put a new switch in for a follow-up visit.

He cleaned it all up and put us on the list for the yearly maintenance. He did a great job and fixed our furnace.

From the beginning this company was great! I called three companies the same day I called Mister B's. They were the only company that set up an appointment for me at the time I called. Another company called me back two days later and the other... well I am still waiting for a phone call from them. They came out the next day to give me an estimate for a new furnace and a/c unit. The salesman explained EVERYTHING to me and was GREAT! He promptly got me the estimate with the 95% and 80% efficiency options for the furnace and the estimate for the a/c, as I had asked. He then was extremely helpful in the next week as I had to contact him several times with questions. He was more than helpful and knowledgeable. I found their prices to be very good and although we had never heard of the Goodman furnace before, after research, found it to be a good product. Yesterday they came out to install it. They had to remove my 31 year old beast and installed the new 95% efficient Goodman furnace. The installers did an excellent job and they made sure everything was up to code, including the 'vent' that went to the water heater (that was also just installed by a different company who didn't bother to change it out). They left the area clean and I couldn't be happier!!! I would definitely recommend Mister B's to anyone! The furnace is working like a dream and I didn't have to crank up the heat last night in order to keep the bedrooms warm. In fact, I had to turn it down because it actually was powerful enough to push the warm air to ALL the vents in the house!!!
