He was here before appointment time, checked problem and helped me get water company out to turn off water because my handle had come off that valve. he then proceeded to fix the main problem and explained to me how to help me with other plumbing problems.

While replacing the water heater, they noticed that a water valve on our system was leaking and the replaced it.

WOW! These folks are the antithesis of the jokes about plumbers. One prominent local company was brusque and refused my business even though GE said they were an approved vendor. The 2nd call was to CK . From the person who answers the phone to the home service providers, this company went out of its way to let me know that my needs were a priority. I've never had such prompt, above-and-beyond service from any vendor. They accommodated my family in a way that was completely unexpected and made an unpleasant situation so much easier to deal with. Will gladly recommend these plumping professionals. (FYI: I called them because a number of my friends were so enthusiastic in their endorsement of CK Mechanical. My friends were right!)

Plumber was actually early. He explained several options - I made my decision & the service was done the same day!

From our first contact, CK Mechanical was attentive to our needs, responsive to our changing schedules for the job, perfect in communicating with us and perfect in their work. They diagnosed the problem immediately, unlike our last plumber. The very kind, extremely professional front office representatives, including Shelly the business development person and Heather at the office attended to every detail. Heather, who is outstanding at her job, provided frequent updates. They cheerfully changed the excavation schedule when our insurance company demanded that one of their engineers inspect the excavated line. They kept their cool when an insurance company adjuster bullied them in a most unpleasant way. They were unfailingly accurate, prompt, informative and thorough. This was especially important since my wife and I were 1500 miles away at the time. We relied on friends to check the work as it progressed. Because of CK Mechanical's professionalism and expertise, this was not even necessary. It became obvious very quickly that CK Mechanical cared as much about a great job done quickly as we did! Multiple additional concerns were revealed by excavation. CK Mechanical were very organized and effective in dealing with all contingencies, and managed to keep to their schedule. They achieved a tremendous result while keeping to the original time estimate. CK Mechanical were FANTASTIC IN EVERY WAY possible. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work large or small. I can not recall a better experience with a contractor, EVER. Kudos and thanks to them. THEY ARE THE BEST.

He was on time - did a complete examination and did an excellent job replacing the faucets.

The company was contacted to do a "bid and do" a retrofit change out on four outside hydrants feed from a crawl space. As an experienced welder/ mechanic if fugured the job should take an experienced person a maximum of two hours including travel from a shop. The estimate for the job was over $950.00. In addition they wanted $40.00 just for the estimate. I completed the job myself for $96.00 in parts and 1.75 hours labor which included a 30 minute round trip to the hardware store. CK Mechanical was way out of line on their bid price.

The company had been out three or four time from May 22, 2012. We had just bought the house and been having problems form the very first day withA/C. I told him that the A/C was still not working right.The guy was arrogant he treated me like I was some idoit. He didn/t wipe of he feet and left a trail of dirt from the front door all the way to the basement and all over my new carpet. He spent very little time even looking at the inside furnace. He then went outside to look at the unit. he found that the unit was covered in cotton. We thought that was just the color having never been around cotton trees. He washed some of it off but left most of it for us to do. Because I had told him that the week before the A/C was not turning on then all the sudden it turned on and now it wouldn't turn off that there had to something wrong. He said that the circuit board needed to be replace without even trouble shooting the board. And the price for the board would be $625.00 just for the board. I told never mine we would figure something else out.

OC.K. Mechanical was timely, friendly, and professional from my first phone call requesting an estimate for furnace and water heater replacement until the project was finished. Donny, who came out to look things over and give me an estimate, gave and priced several options for me to consider. Once I had decided on the option, he scheduled the project to take place in a weeks time. On the scheduled day, Tim and his team arrived early (7:45 AM) and began the project immediately. Donny also came out to make sure things got started smoothly, and when they discovered they were missing some parts, Donny went back to town (a 1 1/2 hour round trip) to get them, but didn't charge me hourly or for mileage like most plumbers do. It took 14 hours to do the job and they did it all in one day, finishing up about 9:45 PM. They brought their lunches and ate while they worked. Every one on the team, including the subcontracted electrician, was polite, took care not to mess up the house and stayed on task. I saw no loafing, no coffee or cigarette breaks, no texting, no long visits on cell phones, just honest work. When it came time to setle up, the bill was exactly what was estimated. The next day, a C.K. Mechanical representative called me to follow up on the project, asking if I was satisfied with the work done, questioning me on the conduct of the crew. It has been a long time since I have seen the level of integrity that C.K. Mechanical exhibited on this project. I will definitely call them for any plumbing and related needs.

Estimator was prompt and professional. His bid turned out to be considerably higher than another company's. I have used this company before and they do good work, are prompt and professional. One thing I don't like so much is that they always try to sell a yearly "maintenance plan". I just don't like that approach.

John, the plumber arrived at the appointed hour. Very nice & professional. Put on shoe covers & applied plastic covering to carpet & stairs. He removed the old heater, replaced it with a new one. Cleaned up after himself. I would hire him again in a minute.

Eric was very kind. First on scene for basement flooding. Stayed until secure, leakage stopped and follow up planned.

Very knowledgable & thorough. Explained things well and was so courteous.

Junior did an outstanding job. Estimate was accurate, kept us informed. Post job clean up was exceptional.

I would recommend them. They took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. They seemed knowledgeable and they cleaned up after themselves. They came out twice last time.

They gave excellent service. They were knowledgeable about the problem, explained the procedure, completed the work competently. These plumbers are always neat and clean and clean up after themselves meticulously.

I called Casper Tin when my heater went out. A gentleman came promptly. He spent considerable time at my house measuring, etc. to determine what heater would be best. After I made my choice, my heater was installed the next day. The salesman was most professional and the installer could not have done anything better! He was quick, friendly and most of all, I do believe he left my basement even cleaner than when he arrived.

John took us through each step of the exam answering all questions we had. Told us of interest the function of water heaters - very informative.

Very Positive experience. I would recommend to anyone needing Heating and A/C to use Casper Tin.

I was warned in advance there was a $39 charge for a quote if I didn't use their service so no problem there. The only problem was that the price for installation of 3 toilets was $600 in labor more than I was charged to put in a toilet just 2 years ago. The cost of the toilets was also priced $100 over other retailers per toilet. This was after a "discount" of $39. The price also includes an annual fee for future plumbing support/warranty. Without that, the prices were much higher. The representative wanted me to sign a contract when I had not decided on toilets or whether I would use them and he said it wouldn't matter if I decided to go another way. Then why sign? Fortunately, I didn't sign it and did my homework instead. The representative was very polite, but the price/pressure ruined this deal.

Excellent, my legs are such that I can"t stoop down, so he did everthing I ask of him. He was here for close to four hours.
