Job went well. They stayed within the estimated price. Completed the job on time and the employees were professional. I expected them to still be in business, I called the other day (9-14-17) and to my dismay they no longer do HVAC but instead are focusing on their plumbing side of the business.

The plumber came as an emergency and was quickly getting water turned off and fixed.

My father's heat was off for 10 days in December in Wyoming! I have used Casper Tin Shop for all my Heating and A/C work for years. They have installed a number of units for me both commercial and residential. I have always been very please with their work. Recently, CK Mechanical purchased Casper Tin Shop. I called CK Mechanical when my father's heating unit quit working. It was a Saturday, but they came over and looked at the unit and said the blower motor was out and that they would have to order one on Monday. The motor finally came on Friday and they came over late in the afternoon to install. In the process, they pulled apart the flu in the attic and said they would have to come back Monday to fix. 1) Obviously CK does not stock many parts. This furnace is far from new, but it isn't really old either 2) When I suggested they look for a motor locally with someone else or even at Grainger they basically told me they only order from their supplier. Not sure why it took 5 days to get the part here. That's enough time to get a part from Germany! 3) For the repair, they said "we will work you in". Not sure what that meant but I took it to mean they value plumbing or commercial customers more Bottom line - find another provider for your Heating and A/C needs

Very professional and skilled. This was a weekend call out and arrived quickly, diagnosed issues quickly and performed repair with a high level of craftsmanship.

Initially we were going to go with an alternate company that had better price on the unit, until we spoke to sales rep for CK. He was prompt, knowledgeable and he gave us informational booklets that we could keep to review. He returned our calls in a timely manner if we had additional questions, without hesitation. (not all of the companies did this) We also appreciated that although he showed enthusiasm to gain our business...he was not pushy (big plus as I DO NOT like pushy sales people) He did follow up with us prior to us making the decision, but again, it did not come off pushy. Getting the unit installed was a great experience as well!! Jon & Jed were our techs, and even though Jon was training the other tech , they stayed on schedule. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of our home. Upon completion, Jon gave us a run down of all they did & showed us how to use and maintain our unit. He was great! I am very pleased!!!

Made emergency call after hours. Phone answered right away, service man called about problem was told how much charge would be arrived right on time answered all questions and fixed problem. Great service.

We have done business with CK Mechanical for 5 years, and have always had excellent service with them. They are great, take care not to bring dirt in with them by putting disposable booties on, and are very willing to work with you.

Dan is excellent, professional, informative, and knowledgeable.

Cam was on time, professional, and courteous, even when the job was not going well. He accomplished all I wanted and even put in a little extra effort for me.

Cam called before arriving, was on time and very thorough. Answered questions easily.

John was fast and described what he was going to do and what the cost would be also alternatives.

Sean arrived a half hour after he called and I explained what I wanted and he left to get the expansion tank when he returned, he got right to work and had it done in no time.

It went really well! It was a really tough job, but the young man kept at it. Old cast iron plumbing, outcome very good.

On time, curteous, took shoes off, took time to explain in and out, knowledgable.

I had a water heater installed yesterday and I'm incredibly happy with the service. The quote was not the highest or lowest, but the professional level of service I received was worth the extra. Lowest bids are not always a great idea. I was charged exactly what my estimate stated and I'm happy that they do not charge an hourly rate, rather a per job rate. Things were very cut and dry and up front. I also got their friends and family plan that gave me 25% off up front (though this only brought the price down to what others were quoting. I feel like this was more of a marketing move to give me services later on. I respect the business savvy of the move, but feel it's a bit shifty - hence the one star off). Pros: Fast and friendly. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and took great care to treat me like a human and my house like their own. The technician who installed it (Sean) seemed knowledgeable and welcomed my questions. I like that the family plan helps to cover all services and includes inspections later on (as we may need it for selling the house). The 25% discount will be welcome as well should we need other work later on. Cons: Not the least expensive, but I wasn't really shooting for cheap, I wanted dependable. The family plan seems like a good idea up front, but it felt like it was necessary to get in order to get the real price of a water heater install.

We called to have them come out and put a camera down the drain of a house we were purchasing. We were told the cost would be $40.00. When they came out to do the service they told us it was $40 to have them just show up. It was an additional $330 to have them perform the service. We were in a crunch and had to have them perform the service. We will never use them again. We did not purchase that house. We had someone else perform the same work for the house we ended up purchasing and they charged $150 total. No bait and switch.

The whole job went smoothly from beginning to end. We have however, had ongoing problems with a defective tankless hot water heater and they will soon have it repaired. The A/C unit and all mom's plumbing and new pipeline is working as it is supposed to. I really recommend this company as very good!!

CK Mechanical was subcontracted by our general contractor to install a new state-of-the-art furnace/central air system into a 4-foot crawl space under our 60-year-old home which we were remodeling. But beforehand they had to remove the old furnace which had been there since before dust was invented. That task alone taxed their patience but they did so with professionalism. Then they had to install the new system to include new ducts for the entire home. This included the installation of duct work into half the home which had never been heated prior. Working under this old home was a nightmare for the workers but they worked hard and did a fabulous job under very trying conditions. The entire crew was always prompt, courteous and hard-working. The end result is a home which is efficiently cooled in the summer and toasty in the winter. If you're in the market for any kind of plumbing, don't call anyone else except CK Mechanical.

Performed a licensed inspection on my gas fireplace. This was required when I changed insurance companies. Shane Brooks did a very thorough job and was excellent when explaining what he was doing. He arrived the day after I called and has the inspection form available for me the same day he did the work. I will use this company again.

It went well, it was fixed in about 15 minutes.

The system that was designed for my house works great! Compared to my old electric baseboard heat this heat is much more pleasant and my monthly electric and gas bills are about 1/3 of what they used to be, and now I have a warm house and unlimited hot water! There were some problems with aesthetics such as pipes hanging outside of walls but when I asked CK Mechanical to relocate the pipes the work was done quickly and professionally. There were a few other details I consider odd and wish there was more cooperation between CK and the contractor who was in charge of taking care of all of the finish work after the heating work was completed. If those issues were on the main level instead of in the basement they would bother me more. Ovrall, we think this was the best home improvement project we have ever done! We think it will pay for itself in under 10 years and we wish we had done this when we moved to this house about 15 years ago.

The overall service was amazing . The Tech that worked on the house was extremely professional and polite. The work took about a week and he was on time every day and kept us in the loop on everything he was doing. During the work we experienced a water leak in the middle of the night so we called in to CK for help. The sent a tech over ASAP and he addressed the issue. It had been a couple weeks now since the the work has been completed and everything is working Great. There is a piece of mind knowing that if anything happens in the next three years we have somebody to call.

They were very professional and have us all our options without being pushy at all. They did an excellent job and were very prompt when I called with questions. Highly recommend them!

Excellent, professional, kind, punctual. We had a water leak at 8pm on Saturday night and a plumber arrived 120 minutes later.

They came out ontime and replaced part. They were kind and performed work with excellence.
