Both men were extremely professional and polite! Everything was put back in order and was clean!

Dan arrived on time, explained their pricing, went under home to see what was needed and gave me cost to repair. Repair was more extensive but stayed at original bod. Always kept shoes covered in home. excellent cost was probably not lowest in town but was worth the quality of the repair.

They were here within two hours of my calling to set up the appointment. They were here for about an hour and fixed the problem. The gentleman that were here were friendly and helpful, explaining what needed to be done.

It went very smoothly. I called their office to schedule the appointment. I received a reminder call the day prior to the service. The technician showed up on time and was very professional.

Corteaous plumber and arrived in time after calling to confirm "convience". PLumber repaired pipe, showed me the pipe he took out, was reasonably priced and exhibited great customer service.

Excellent, they were very professional about getting the work completed even with the glitch of the cable snapping in the pipe. The service people and office persons communicated with us on a regular basis. They had one of their contractors stop on the way through Gillette and look at the situation to get another opinion and worst case scenario on the best way was to handle the situation. They came up the following week and took care of the snapped cable, cleaned out the roots and took care of a outside faucet issue that was causing water leakage in the basement. Even though I got a little testy they stayed completely professional. I would hire CK Mechanical Plumbing and Heating again in a heartbeat. We are having them install a boiler hot water tank and water softener.

Technician was punctual, very professional, and also friendly. He explained in detail what he was doing and what needed to be done. He tried to find alternative routes to go to save me some money. The technician respected my house and wore booties to cover his feet. Which is great to see after the mud trail the last plumber left me. I have used them in the past with the same exceptional service and would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs plumbing or heating services.

Got right to it had a new one one his. Truck that was nice got it all done in one trip, very courteous and clean.

They send me an estimate which included 4.5 hours of labor. This is a rental property and the renters indicated the plumber arrived at 9:38 a.m. and left at 12:14 p.m. which is under 3 hours. I was billed 4.5 hours. The 4.5 hours included replacing the flange (which Davidson Mechanical had previously replaced - please refer to my review of Davidson Mechanical). The plumber left twice to return to the shop for supplies. Although GW fixed the problem and I would hire them again, Davidson Mechanical would be my first choice.

Dan was on time, he was informative on the plumbing issue, and he gave me different options to choose from. He did his job, cleaned up afterwards whatever mess there was. I was hoping for less in cost but I am so happy with how the job was performed.

I've used this company for many years. Annual maintenance as well as furnace and ac replacement. I think their prices are higher than others but they truly stand behind their work. Always professional. clean and courteous

We called at 3:45 p.m. They arrived at 4:45 p.m. They explained prices, offered me a service plan, went to work, were informative throughout, stuck to job, and out of house by 6:45 p.m.

Dan was kinf polite, and efficient. I have used ok for years and never had a bad experience. they have always been a shining example of service and professionalism.

The receptionists helped me get a plumber out ASAP because we had no water at all the plumber was professional & did a wonderful job while he was here.
