Description of Work: They installed a Carrier furnace and AC unit for one of our rentals. |They were at the install address when they said they would be. The install techs were friendly and back ground checked according to their sales guy, Garett. They stayed within the quoted price and were happy to change the Thermostat for a programmable one after the job was started. Modern Electric were the folks that did the wiring from the service panel to the AC unit. They did a bang up job as well. After the install the techs took a few minutes to go over any questions we had and showed us how the thermostat operated. We were happy with the entire job and plan to use both companies again on some work on another house.

Description of Work: The overall installation of a new furnace and AC went very well. They also tore out the old one and disposed of it (included in the bid). I think it took inside of 2 days for everything to be completed. The install techs spent some time after the install to go over how everything operated and checked with us to see if we had any questions. They did not leave a mess as sometimes is the case with some contractors/installers. We are very pleased with our new Carrier system. They stayed with in the accepted bid amount, there were no surprises.

Description of Work: They did work for us on a bathroom renovation that was fine, but then when we called to get a quote for installation of a new water heater, they were almost twice as much as another competitor.So we did not use them.

Description of Work: Installation of new pedestal sink and toilet. John had to replace Some old cast iron pipe in order to fit new plumbing. No big deal for John, he had it done in no time flat. Also, the original pedestal sink didn't fit and John kept busy while I ran to the hardware store to buy another that fit. John is the best there is in the biz.

Description of Work: They were Great! i was originally quoted 1600.00 a year before they came out and did my work. When I had the money i called them again and was requoted 800 to do the work. The service manager came out the on the day we set do do the work and did a great job. I joined the family plan they offer and after all was said and done the total cost was $600. They were fast and very professional. It has been a few months now and still no leaks and no issues. I have nothing bad to say about them. I am recommending them to all my friends and family!
